I get a sports massage every 2 weeks, and include a 30-minute sauna session before. Amanda is knowledgeable and actually works out my pain and keeps my hip/hip replacements limber. She’s gentle, so I never feel like she will hurt me, but she is firm and can work out the issues. I keep standing appointments with her.

Customer service here is horrible. I scheduled an appointment for 3 massages. Confirmed with the woman before hanging up that is was for THREE massages. Drove over an hour to get there on the day of our appointment to find out that they only had 2 massages booked for us. She offered the salt cave to make up for the last person, which is not acceptable. The woman's attitude about it was very poor as though we were inconveniencing her even though they are the ones who made the error. We ended up canceling our appointments and leaving so I can't speak to how the actual services are. Do better.

The salt cave was very calming and relaxing. I had an eyebrow wax done and there was minimum pain and very precessional and well done. My eyebrows looked great after. I also got a facial done by Katie which was extremely relaxing and after that facial my skin was very smooth. 100% recommend, great place to go!!

Amazing! That about sums it up! I love the Healing Salt Cave and Wellness Spa and it never disappoints. If you have the time, the spa getaway package is incredible. I left feeling so relaxed and my skin was literally glowing from the facial. If you don’t have a lot of time stop by for the 45 minute salt cave, it is so zen and will take your worries away for 45 minutes. I love to do this as a quick self care treat when I have limited time and can’t have the spa getaway. Go! And have an amazing day!

A truly amazing experience! I’ve been a regular there for a few years now using a lot of different services such as the salt cave, sauna, facials, etc and it has never let me down. The overall ambiance of the spa helps me unwind and relax after a stressful
work week, and the staff has always been so kind and helpful to me. They truly work hard each and every time for a therapeutic session. I have also held group events there with my friends and they all felt so rejuvenated and refreshed after! The staff ensured we had a wonderful time and carefully organized everything for a perfect day.

What an unforgettable experience! You can feel the calming energy from the second you step in the door. The staff is attentive and genuinely cares about giving you the best experience. I had a relaxing facial that left me absolutely glowing. My skin has seriously never looked better. She was professional and sincere. I also did a Fitness Cocoon Pod session which left me refreshed. I bought a package because it was just so great. Will definitely be booking more services in the future.

I must say my experience was amazing. I received a deep tissue massage and tried out the salt cave. The vibe is amazing and the service was perfect!! I would recommend this place to anyone. I would be booking another session soon!!
