We only did the day pass for the pool and spa. Service was amazing front desk personnel were amazing and super helpful. The pools are awesome and super relaxing. Wasn't crowded at all and the water temperature were great. The daily pass price is amazing for the area can't beat it.

Great location and pools. They claim to have 13 minerals in their water which I don't know but the outdoor pool is with good temperature. I personally prefer the hotter jacuzzi at the end of the pool. The staff constantly measure the water temp. with a needle to make sure it's exactly 104 degrees. The indoor pond is too hot but maybe someone likes it. The room is spacious but I hope they provide a small coffee table in the room. There's only a wood bench and a sofa chair for sitting. Shower water is not very hot so you better take shower earlier. Parking is also limited outside the building. Front desk lady Rachael is very friendly and answered all my questions. We went to buy things at the Walmart and have dinner at a Mexican restaurant next door east which is the best dinner we had in the town.

The rooms are a little spartan, but clean enough. The springs that we were there for were great once I got used to the smell of sulfur that comes with natural springs like this. The town is great and more chill things nearby. Plan a few days to take it all in.

The cabin was well insulated. It got hot in there. It is nice to swim when it's cold. The changing room has a spinner for bathing suits to wring the water out. Friendly staff

Positive: the staff were wonderful- VERY friendly, helpful when they could be, and welcoming. Negative: My room - had no hot water, i was told that "won't be a quick fix" and i could use the locker room shower. Also had no heat. There was a space heater in the room, but it was broken as well- the knobs had been completely de-activated.

I enjoyed my stay. The room was huge, clean and beds were comfortable. The staff was very friendly. The resort is a little older, but really well taken care of. It’s not as glamorous as the place across the street, but honestly such a great value. Also I saw some complaints about the pools, while I didn’t go in the enclosed pools, the large pool and hot tub were great and fairly typical for similar places I’ve stayed. If you are visiting Pagosa Springs stay here and pay to visit other pools or use the free ones along the river, they are easily accessible by walking. Such a fun and cool area.

If you're looking for a cozy hot Springs to check out in Pagosa Springs, this is your place. The hot Springs is a perfect temperature, and they seem to have quite a few amenities.

I loved the room it was super cute, and you can stay until 1pm to swim after checkout. The only reason it's not 5 stars is because I found 3 obviously dirty spoons in the kitchenette and we were not let into the building to check in until 3:06 despite knocking on the door at 3pm sharp.
