Shawniece was truly wonderful. She listened to everything my son and daughter in law (to be!) wanted for their large and complicated wedding, and advocated for them professionally and calmly.

She took all of our many emails in stride and never once made me feel like a bother. She was even cool as a cucumber on the day of the wedding. When the mother of the bride expressed concern about missing events during the wedding (like cake cutting), Shawniece got right on it and made a point to make sure we EACH knew about everything coming up. It was clear she had a TON of experience and she was pleasant the whole time.
