Under new owner ship, the ride was very nice. The price is very reasonable, and the owner is very personable. Great way to see the fountains up close. He was even willing to stop the boat so we can get a picture. Would definitely recommend if you are new to or visiting Omaha!

I haven't personally done the tour but I wouldn't recommend based off of their customer service. When i called, the owner who answered was very rude. I was just calling to look for more information as i'm new to the area. He was short with me, wouldn't respond and when I decided to just end the call due to him not responding, I still went to thank him for his time and in the middle he hung up.

RESPONSE TO OWNER COMMENT: Trying the service isn't the only reason to leave a review? If a potential customer calls and is treated the way you treated me, then that's reason enough. Business owners shouldn't have to suck up to customers, but they should at least be civil if the customer is. I was more then respectful, and even after you just ignored my several questions I tried thanking you for your time in which you hung up before I could even finish. People like you shouldn't be in business. I encourage everyone to find somewhere else and support a good business owner over this guy.

This was the worst $40 spent. we went on the private boat. The boat driver wouldn't talk to us and was so rude. One of the boat driver kept asking people for cigarettes which I thought that was very unprofessional. I gave them a rating of 1 only because I couldn't choose a zero rating. I booked it for my fiancés birthday we live in a smaller town so we don't know our way around Omaha, the guy was complaining about how we were late when we were there 10 minutes early. I wanted this to be a fun evening for my fiancés 21st birthday but it was horrible. Don't spend your money here. The scenery is beautiful though!

Definitely recommend doing this at least once on a trip in Omaha! Great park, beautiful fountain and neat boats. Our guide Brittany was very nice. The male working was very rude to her and to patrons on the dock (just as a heads up)

Went with the wife and kids, this was definitely fun! The guy didn't talk much, which was fine by us. He could have been a little more friendly but he wasn't rude either. Overall we had a good experience.

We reserved a private ride for our anniversary. And the guy decided to take someone else out 10 min befor our reserved time. They took over 40 min to return. And when asked about it he said we should have got there sooner. So I called the owner Mike and he said it's not his problem. Just to wait our turn. The owner and employees are a joke don't waist your time our money.

Had a great time on the private gondola ride. Mike and Jim run a great operation. The prices are good, and the experience is 5 stars. They'll take your picture, talk to you about the geese, and make sure you have a great time. I definitely recommend trying both the boat ride ($3) and the gondola ride ($10).
