We had our wedding a few weeks ago at Hidden Meadow Events. Mrs. Jana was the venue manager for the weekend and I cannot say enough kind words about her. She was extremely accommodating and kind all weekend long. She went above and beyond for us and I am so thankful for her! Their technology and security gentlemen were also extremely kind and helpful as well. The groundkeeper of the property we’re working hard even the day of to make sure the beautiful property was in top tier condition. I bought a minimal amount of decorations out of pocket due to the fact that the venue had a large selection of decor to choose from included in the package. They also allowed us a horse and carriage ride with a beautiful carriage and their sweet horse Liza. They even allowed our fury best friend to be apart of our big day! Any leftover food we had was dealt with by the venue and donated to a local food bank which I thought was very considerate of them to do. We overall had a wonderful experience with Hidden Meadow Events. Thank you to the Hamby family for having us.

Rented the venu for my daughter's wedding last week. It turned out absolutely amazing. Venu owner is so sweet and helpful. The rest of the staff was great. Venu grounds are beautiful, sound systems is awesome, huge decor barn is a major plus. Wonderful experience at Hidden Meadow !

Absolutely amazing venue. Used for daughter and new son-in-laws fall wedding this past weekend and it was stunning. So beautiful. Tammy and Kenley were wonderful to work with. So kind and patient and easy to work with. And congratulations on your 1 year anniversary of opening!! With the plans you shared in the works, there are many more exciting opportunities in the future for you guys and look forward to seeing them.

Not good experience at all.
Okay at first when we went and looked at the venue the owner was so nice and said they had all these things and it was all included (decorations, tables, chairs, DJ, but I would make a playlist for him, etc). Was also said pictures on wedding day could be taken anywhere and I do remember her saying if we wanted to do engagement pictures there we could call and make a time(we didn’t do that). We signed the contract and paid the deposit. When we made an appointment to pay the remaining amount and look at the decorations, the owner wasn’t as nice once she got the money. She had an attitude and was rude to my mother, me and my bridesmaid. I asked when she needed the playlist for the night of the wedding and she informed me that she would be playing their playlist. So I brushed it off and went on. Then the week of the wedding she started asking questions checking to make sure all the finally details were in place, I brought up the music again just wondering what would be played because I did not want country or line dancing and she said they don’t play any music that is explicit or have sexual content, I was annoyed but went on. The day of the wedding I had to tell my mom there were wasps out the door in the bridal room, owner over heard and with an attitude said she would have “her guy deal with it”. I avoided the lady the rest of getting ready because I was already emotional and stressed. Me and my husband did a first look, so when the photographers were ready we made our way to the island. Well my sister drove me and one of my photographers over there and there are no signs or anything telling you have to go to the main highway to get to the island, the venue has a make shift road about the water so what did my sister do she took the road and by the time we got to the island and realized the “road was not a road” the owner came flying up in her car laying on the horn, jumps out of her car waving her hands around her head, screaming. She proceeded to come to my window trying to chew me out. (I wasn’t the driver!). My photographer had to get out and get her away from the car and talk to her. By that time I was a mess crying. I hadn’t even seen my groom yet. Once all that was over and I finally made it to him I was a mess I was crying and shaking, the owner ruined that precious moment for me. After that I wouldn’t even get near her my photographers would talk to her for me if the owner had a question. Once the day was over all of my guests told me things she said. She was rude to my little brother for spilling water on the floor. My other brother she told that if people are going to smoke on the property it’s $150 or something like that. Which contract does not say. She said multiple things to my mother like because we got married at the barn we weren’t supposed to take pictures on the island (not in the contract at all). She was gripping in ear shot of all my guests to her husband. got so annoyed that people kept giving song requests because the music selection was terrible and everyone had to fake it because of how much money went into this one night. She said something about how it would have been easier if I made a play list. Which she told me multiple times no. Which she did say two days before the wedding she would make an exception but I had two day to try and make a playlist? I had other stuff going on. The list goes on but it’s been three weeks. I can’t lie the venue is gorgeous but the owner not so much.
I have been told the daughter in-law is very nice but she was on maternity leave i believe so I had the owner which wouldn’t recommend rude and down right hateful. For something that is supposed to be about love I didn’t feel anything but anger and annoyance from her.
