I couldn’t be happier with our experience with High Jump! They made everything so easy, from setting up to taking down the double slide house at the park. Their company exceeded my expectations, they are amazing and I would recommend to anyone looking for kids parties or even small gatherings when you're in need of bounce houses, tables/ chairs or dance floors! The gentleman they have working for their company are very professional and very helpful, Dane was one of the employees who was very informative, polite and was able to assist and answer all my questions and concerns. Keep up the great work High Jump, it's nice having a company with such hard working people and and great customer service!!!

Outstanding and short notice service. Renting was simple using their website. Set up took at most 5 minutes and even with a couple of miscommunication issues (on my part) pick up went smooth with no additional fees or hiccups. If I need another jump house, they’ll be my first call.

I rented out the white vinyl chairs, and paid the cleaning fee for them, in which I had to clean some myself when I was setting up, like dirty and shoe prints on some of them.. I didn't understand there policy or something. They say to pickup on Friday and drop off on Monday, but when I arrived Friday, they said to pickup on Saturday... so that lead to not having my chairs ready for pickup and I don't live in Sierra Vista anyway it worked out kind of... if they didn't have their neighboring business Jacob, I would have had to search and load 48 chairs by myself... lol idk there could be better organization and communication (: overall turned out ok may use them again idk he is responsive if you call him.
