Recently went to High Point Gardens for my daughter’s baby shower. Marty was a pleasure to work with and was very accommodating! The staff was friendly and very helpful when setting up the day before to the actual event itself. Food was really good and all enjoyed. The grounds and facility is very nice and well kept. Would highly recommend for any event. Already thinking of planning our next event.

We hosted our baby shower at High Point and the team/staff went above and beyond to make our experience wonderful. They worked with us on color, style, food choices/modifications and many more details and got it all right! We were able to set up our entire event with the help of the team and they helped to breakdown afterwards.

We had a great experience working with and having our event at High Point! Not to mention the remodeling work is BEAUTIFUL!

Just came from an awesome wedding here. The venue was beautiful and clean. The food was top notch and the service was impeccable. If you're looking for a venue I would highly suggest looking into this place.

This was the absolute PERFECT wedding venue for our fairytale! Marty, Chris, and the entire High Point Gardens staff truly did everything in their power to make the day perfect for the bride, the groom, and every single wedding guest! They are sooo accommodating and go above and beyond what you ask for! If you're looking for AMAZING food - this is the place to be. Everyone raved about how delicious their meals were (and how large the portions were – we could have filled up on hors d’oeuvres)!! There is not a spot on the property that would be a bad backdrop for a photo - the venue is truly gorgeous inside and out. I cannot recommend this venue enough - and have an endless amount of thank you's to send to the HPG staff.

I wasn’t going to leave a review because I wanted to put the experience behind me, but after seeing video and hearing what others had to say, I have to, this was my wedding and it should have been handled better/more professionally especially because I paid for this.

The venue is beautiful, the chapel is what stole my heart and the grounds are perfect for taking photos.

In the midst of wedding planning, I was informed the coordinator(who I never met)had left. I guess this is where things fell apart. It seemed he didn’t have the extra help needed to properly coordinate my wedding or at least the main event which was the ceremony.

Without getting into it all the details, I feel I was purposely set up for things to go wrong. It was clear he didn’t like me, he was actually pretty vocal about it, but this was my wedding and I didn’t want or need the extra stress/negative energy he was giving me, so I kept quite, and made the best of it.

To start, the day of my wedding when I arrived at the venue I had no where to wait. I standing out in the open for people to see me ( I’m the bride this was not ok). I had to find a corner and hide while my bridesmaids shielded me from guest walking in/by. The grooms men had no where to get ready so they were given the bridal suite.

Then, to make things worse, after getting access to the bridal suite to wait for the ceremony to begin ,no one came to get us as we were told they would. We had to go find him saying, “hey, I thought someone was coming to get us when it was time to go” His response to us was, “I never said that” My groom was standing at the alter, wondering what was taking us so long.

We then speedily walked down to the chapel, where my bridesmaids were all rushed down the aisle. He did not give the bridesmaids the pause between each person as discussed. He even allowed the flower girls to walk down the aisle in between the bridesmaids. I was told the flower girls were instructed to go after the first bridesmaid went.

Based on the video I saw, the DJ had no warning we were coming, until my bridesmaids were half down the aisle so the music was delayed.

I was so upset I didn’t have my maid of honor to help me fluff my dress or my vail. I almost started to cry as I yelled out “ I don’t have anyone to help me with my dress and veil” because I was walking myself down the aisle. I pictured/planned for my sister to fix my dress and my veil before any of us walked in.

He saw I was panicking so he actually helped me fix my dress and my veil.

I was so exited for this moment, walking down the aisle seeing my soon to husband’s face but I was distracted by all that had just taken place that I couldn’t focus the way I wanted to going in.

The wedding ending up being beautiful despite how it all began and that’s really all that matter but the fact that this was how my wedding was handled was very disappointing/frustrating.

I wanted to bring this experience up to make sure this doesn’t happen another bride choosing this venue.

I can not say enough about this venue. EVERYONE was extremely helpful and accommodating. My son and new daughter had their wedding there yesterday and it was an absolute fairytale, dream come true wedding. The food was absolutely amazing, the staff anticipated our every need, and everything was perfect. Thank you for making their wish come true (11/11).

We just had our wedding reception at High Point Gardens and we couldn't recommend it enough. All of our guests enjoyed the venue and most importantly they raved about the food and cake. The staff was friendly, caring and attentive. We would like to say a special thank you to Marty and Courtney who worked side by side with us every step of the way.
