The Front Desk and Concierge Staff were welcoming and helpful and promptly checked us in. Our Unit's kitchen was well equipped. The linens were clean and fluffy, beds were comfortable. All the appliances worked as expected. The Housekeeping Staff was helpful, providing us fresh towels and kitchen supplies. The Pool areas are clean and well maintained. The Grounds are clean and well maintained. The Gas Grills are cleaned each morning and well maintained. Walking the grounds of the Highlands Resort at Verde Ridge is relaxing as while as walking through the adjacent housing development.

The resort was in a wonderful location to explore Sedona and the neighboring towns of Cottonwood, Cornville, and Jerome. There were so many nice wineries and excellent restaurants in the area. The family enjoyed the golf course.||||The units were clean and well set up for a couple but the sleeper sofa wasn't very comfortable for our weekend guests. ||||The only complaint was that there wasn't a washer/dryer in the unit. Towels were limited and we had to keep going to the housekeeping office to request more. ||||We will definitely stay at Highlands on future trips to the area.

Could hear a lot of traffic from the road in our room, as well as foot traffic above. Front desk guy was not very informative and almost like he was angry. The room was gorgeous and spacious, although the wording on the "rules" list made it where we didn't want to use many of the amenities due to fear of additional cleaning charges. Maybe word it a little softer so people feel more comfortable using things like the dishes or cookware. Would come again, but will request a room away from the road next time.

High quality place. Everything from staff to grounds to rooms is first class. Our second time here. Won’t be our last. ||We enjoyed the pool, the entertainment, the large rooms (and huge showers). Great location for Jerome, Old Cottonwood, the Verde railroad and only a dozen miles to Sedona. 3 miles to wineries on Page Creek. ||All around excellence.

Great place, highly recommend. Rooms were spacious and well maintained. Location has a pool and hot tubs. Fitness center, game room, and laundry room available. You have to drive a little bit for food, but there are multiple options available. Great place to stay a few days if you are sightseeing. Nice small kitchen, microwave and electric skillet, but no stove.

We’ve been to the Verde Valley area many times and didn’t know about this resort. When we visit the area again we hope it’s available. This will be our go to place from now on. Extremely satisfied, beautiful resort. We wish we had known about this resort sooner as the amenities vs. other places we’ve stayed were amazing. Best value for the money.

The room was spacious for a family of four. We had everything provided for us in the kitchen. We stayed in the second floor and had nice views of the surrounding area. Enjoy the seating area in the patio. The staff was wonderful. The cleanliness of the property was impeccable.

So glad we found this place! Spent 3 nights there with my husband celebrate our 25th anniversary. We arrived in the evening after dark, missed the last turn and got lost. We called the front desk and Carrie was very patient and helpful in giving us directions. Our one bedroom apartment is attractive, comfortable and fully equipped, with a full kitchen, patio and private hot tub. There was intertainment in the evening two out of the 3 nights we stayed. The front desk staff were always pleasant and helpful. The drive into Sedona is only about 20 minutes. There are plenty of places to eat in Cottonwood, the next town over, which has a lively downtown. We would have paid over twice as much to stay somewhere not nearly as nice in Sedona.
