We are so glad we chose Haley Hill & Co for our wedding coordination. Haley relieved a lot of stress and was a huge help, which allowed me to fully enjoy my wedding and the days leading up. On the day of our wedding, we were able to be completely present and not have to worry about any minor details. She not only handled the logistical aspects perfectly, but she also was very enthusiastic and kind the entire time. Haley was absolutely wonderful. We knew from the moment we interviewed her that she as "the one". She was genuinely excited about our relationship, our vision, and our story. She gave us complete creative control, but provided necessary feedback and advice. On the wedding day, she made sure that we were taken care of, kept things running smoothly, and was all smiles. There aren’t enough words to describe how amazing of a person and professional Haley is! My husband and I started working with her in July 2022 for full service wedding planning for our October 2023 wedding. From start to finish, she was everything we had hoped for and more. One of our favorite things about her is her sweet soul and kind personality. She is so down to earth and truly became a friend. My husband and I are both in the medical field (I was in my 3rd year of medical school when we met), and our schedules were very hectic all the way up until a couple weeks before the wedding. She handles this effortlessly, working hard to accommodate us. It was SUCH a stress relief having her. Beyond being an awesome person, Haley is a true professional and SO good at what she does. We loved how organized she is and the online platform she uses for wedding planning made us feel at ease. It truly made the wedding planning process enjoyable. We never felt like we were forgetting anything because she truly thinks of everything! She had great advice on things from venues to rentals, flowers and catering that was so helpful. Our family and friends couldn’t stop commenting how sweet and professional she was on the day of. Our day came together even better than we imagined. Two words: hire her!!!

I definitely recommend Haley for wedding planning and especially day-of coordination. I knew I wanted to hire a planner and coordinator and I randomly found Haley through Google searching. I was nervous about taking the risk on someone I didn't know previously and that I didn't have a direct recommendation for. However, I'm so glad I decided to move forward with her!

We had a 4-month engagement, a small budget, and around 100 guests for our August wedding. Haley worked with me to find vendors within my preferences and budget, provided guidance along the way, managed our timeline, and was always very professional, kind, and calm. She brought up things I wouldn't have considered that ended up being a great touch to our wedding day (like the ribbon wands for our send-off or how to display our dessert).

She and her assistant especially shined with our wedding day coordination! Multiple guests and people from our wedding party / family commented on how amazing Haley was and how the event flowed so well because of her. Among other things, she and her assistant set everything up, coordinated with and instructed vendors, made our wedding party feel comfortable, and adjusted the timeline when things didn't go as planned.

I love Haley with all my heart, I’m sadden that my wedding is over cause I don’t get to text her daily! We had a cancel our big wedding because of covid two months before. She was so calming and efficient! Had a spectacular ceremony, then 7 months later pulled off a fabulous reception. All because of her, I would of have been crying and screaming at everyone if it wasn’t for Haley!!! I COULD NOT HAVE DONE IT WITHOUT YOU HONEY!! Love you and hope to work with you again!
