Mark at Hillsdale Travel helped my husband and I book an incredible trip to Hawaii! He is very knowledgeable, has a lot of experience, and is really great at determining what you're looking for and helping you maximize your trip. Whether you're looking for a romantic getaway, friends trip, a family friendly trip etc., he can help you find the hotels and activities that will best suit your needs. He made great suggestions as far as where to go and what to do in a no pressure environment. In fact, he helped us avoid a couple of things that weren't going to be well-suited for us which saved us both time and money. He also made the planning so easy by taking care of the flights, activities, car rentals and so on. Mark called ahead to let the hotels know that it was our honeymoon so we were well taken care of everywhere we went. We will absolutely use him again for our travel needs in the future

Tried to work with them to plan a getaway but felt like they wanted to do as little as possible to gain my business. When I asked some clarifying questions I got a monologue about their 30 years of experience and in a round about way called me a liar.

Would not recommend at all if you’re looking for an agent that truly wants to help you plan your trip.

Buyer Beware! I would use another travel agent!

Just got a call from the owner 2 years later that he was going to respond to this because he found out i am "new" real estate agent and he wanted to try "get me back thru karma". Guess some people have more time on there hands then others, He wanedt me to take this down and told me if i didnt he would respond. Good luck with business in the future Mark Mansbach. The real karma is on you and how you conduct business.
