I was here for a couple of nights during a business trip and the stay was great. This hotel is in a great location, is comfortable and quiet and is in close proximity to many restaurants. The staff were very friendly, and I particularly enjoyed the bartender downstairs. She was very personable and went above and beyond. Will definitely stay again if in the area.

I’m a Hilton Diamond member. I travel 90% of the year, so cleanliness, friendly, and helpful staff are essential for my accommodations. Although my hotel stay was only average, I’ll start with the positive points before discussing the negative ones.

I’d like to recognize Ramona, Gary, Keisha, and Shauna for their contributions. The customer service from these individuals was exemplary. Their helpfulness and pleasant personalities were appreciated. They would greet me each time I stepped into the hotel.

I was very impressed with the breakfast crew. Breakfast was freshly prepared each morning, customized to order. The servers provided excellent and attentive service.

Unfortunately, there were some downsides to my stay. The rest of the front desk staff I encountered were as personable as a rock. Instead of greeting people entering, some were more engrossed in their cell phones. When I checked in, I inquired about the diamond member benefits, but I felt rushed and dismissed. I wouldn’t have received my diamond member benefits without Mrs. Keisha’s help. The rooms were so outdated that they desperately needed a makeover. I bought a plastic bathmat because the tub looked dirty. I found out later that it was just rust. I hope this review highlights the need for better customer service and renovations.

I recently stayed at the Hilton Garden Inn in Cleveland, Ohio, and had an overall great experience. The check-in process was smooth, and the staff were very friendly and accommodating. The room was spacious, clean, and well-maintained. The bed was comfortable. Would definitely recommend it to anyone visiting Cleveland for business or leisure.

The hotel itself is really a two star property (in the state that it is currently in). That said, the staff were very nice/helpful and so I've rounded up to three starts.||The main problem with this hotel is that the rooms are very much in need of renovation (I was with a coworker who said the same thing), The room was clean, but it was also very rundown -- including a big tear in a couch (that also looked like it needed to be steam cleaned) and other assorted bits of tattiness ||Also, the heating/cooling system is 20th century (mid-20th century). My room was either freezing or too hot -- despite trying to adjust the temperature (and getting help from staff, but it still didn't work correctly). Finally, the heating/cooling system itself was ridiculously loud.||This place was fine for one night, but if I had to stay there longer, I would have found another property. Hopefully Hilton will consider much needed renovations and soon.||Please excuse typos.

Tried to make a reservation at the advertised rate for WRA reunion, whic was $134 per night. The agent told me that was correct, but then said the total would be over $600 due to additional taxes and fees. That more than doubles the quoted rate. This is ridiculous. Avoid this place, they are scamming you with fees.

The Wilcox ballroom was great! The bathroom was so clean and free feminine products. My friend had a birthday party here

BEWARE! We checked in on Thursday night, admittedly we spilled chocolate on the comforter. We checked out and headed to Toronto but due to snow we turned around and checked back in around 8pm.

By compete chance we got the same room. Upon closer inspection our freshly cleaned room had the same stained comforter from the night before!

We let the housekeeper know in the morning and she advised the don’t change the sheets unless visibly spoiled, which these sheets certainly were!

Disgusting practices and outdated furniture.
