I'm a Hilton member for life and I love staying at a new place. This Hilton had everything I needed. Very comfortable and awesome large tvs. Shower was great, bed was comfy. They have a place where you can buy snacks and drinks in the front. Beer included. You have to pay for the breakfast in the morning but it's pretty decent. All the hotel staff were very professional and courteous. I would definitely stay here again.

Stayed at the Hilton Garden Inn in Cupertino and had a wonderful experience. The front desk staff were friendly, courteous, and welcoming. The lobby and common areas were clean and well maintained, setting a great first impression. The room was spacious, clean, and very comfortable—perfect for both rest and work.

One of the highlights was the location—just a short and enjoyable walk to Apple Park and the Apple Visitor Center. If you’re in town for business or just visiting Cupertino, this hotel is an excellent choice. Highly recommend!

Strong Warning!

This is absolutely the WORST hotel I've ever stayed at! They remotely control the heating in every room, intentionally turning it off repeatedly—likely due to financial issues and budget cuts. The rooms were freezing cold every single day, and I had to repeatedly call the front desk just to get them to turn the heat back on. Soon after, they would shut it off again.

Be especially cautious of the older man who works the night shift at the front desk. He is extremely rude and mean-spirited. Eventually, he stopped answering my calls altogether, blatantly lying and claiming the heating system was broken and required repairs. He even intentionally gave me a room with no windows!

Additionally, the elevator is dangerously outdated, making you feel like it could malfunction or stop at any moment, and its safety inspection appears overdue.

There are plenty of other hotels on this street—DO NOT BOOK THIS HOTEL UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES!

Main pros: -large bottle lotion, hair conditioner, shampoo, soap provided.
-Rooms are CLEAN. Do note that housekeeping is once every 2 days. This is from a picky person, no hair spotted and the sheets were clean.
-Close to Apple Park (less than 10 min walk)
-Close to food (mainly asian- great Korean food tofu house and bb.q Korean fried chicken), a few boba shops just a 5 min walk away!
-Ice machine in every level
- snacks room was $15 Singapore dollars more and see in pic what is provided… happy with two bottles of water provided because I ordered a snack room (hilton platinum members have free bottles of water x2 otherwise it’s usd3 each)

Main cons:
-bedroom slippers and toothbrush not provided.
-No laundry services, it’s self serve and there are 2 large washing machines at the back.
-Other than food, there really isn’t that much more else to do nearby
-the room was so so warm because when I turned on the hvac it was HOT air. I ended up opening the window for 2 days. I did ask the receptionist to help me switch to AC, when I went back to my room, it was still hot. Thank goodness I asked another housekeeper for help! On the second go, the HVAC started to blow cold air! So the rest of the stay was comfy! So, don’t give up asking them to switch to cold for u!

Neutral points for me:
-pool is small
-The hallways are dated but the rooms are totally fine!
-prepaid breakfast is abit repetitive, mainly eggs, sausage, potatoes as hot food, there is fruit, bagels you can toast and have cream cheese spread on.
- some staff were friendly, some staff were not as friendly but they always helped
-the sound proofing isn’t the best, I could hear the upstairs neighbour winding down their blinds but for the most part, it is a quiet hotel and allows for rest- except in the mornings when doors are slamming shut.

Overall if I were to visit the area again, I wouldn’t mind staying here once more!

This is not my first stay at this property. The front desk is always welcoming and courteous to all my needs and very accommodating. In my last stay here we had a power outage at around 9 PM, yet the team was really helpful to go out of their way to accommodate us in their sister property. We should always judge a business on how they perform in challenging times and that shows their attitude to do right by the customers. Although they could not do anything about the power outage that night, they did everything else to make us feel taken care of. Truly a 5 star experience and that is why I will never stay anywhere except for Hilton Garden Inn Cupertino when i’m in the Bay Area!

I stayed at the Hilton Garden Inn Cupertino recently. The hotel itself is clean, comfortable, and well-kept, which I appreciated.

However, I had a disappointing experience with one of the receptionists. When I asked about the breakfast menu and Hilton Honors member benefits, the receptionist kept saying _"I don't understand"_ — repeatedly. Honestly, it felt quite silly and unprofessional. As a receptionist, it's part of the job to understand and assist guests with basic questions about the hotel. Instead of trying to help or clarify, the attitude came across as dismissive and uninterested.

This kind of interaction really takes away from the otherwise pleasant experience. I hope the management provides better training or guidance so future guests feel more welcomed and supported.

We came here for a short weekend trip and so far the room looked nice, but it’s freezing and the heat doesn’t work out, at all. I went to the front desk and complain not once but 3 times. Best they could do was switch me to a different room.
And yes, the AC does not work as well. There’s 39 F* outside and so far the hallway is warmer than my room.

First off, the front desk lady was so rude to us and she seemed a bit racist. As soon as we entered, we asked to reserve a room for the same night and she was like least bothered to help up and seemed to care less about us reserving a room. Then when she finally booked a room for us. When we entered the room we found out that the air conditioning wasnt turning on. We called the front desk to ask for help, but the first time they said oh we will send someone over but little did we know it wasn’t working at all. Because she said she was sending someone, we waited for 15 mins. I had to call the second time to again ask if they were sending someone to make it work. However, she was like “oh the A/C isn't working for that room” , and until I asked her to give us a refund or change our rooms, all she offered was a fan and I got so disappointed by the fact that we paid so much just to sleep in a hot room. Finally, she moved us to another room after sometime. I wouldn't recommend going here, I have always stayed in Hilton but never experienced this kinda awful behavior.
