Everything is pretty standard, a little wore out. The temp control on the showers sucks but ultimately the bartender that makes inappropriate jokes and complains about patrons making him work and the cook, make this Garden Inn a 1. The cook will come out to the counter or the bar and start complaining about people ordering food, actively discouraging patrons from ordering food.

I was in town for an unexpected, extended visit and the Hilton Garden Inn, Austin Landing was a great place for me to stay. The rooms were comfortable, the restaurant was good, the service was great and the hotel staff were wonderful. ||AARON – Was very helpful at the front desk. Friendly every day, and helpful when I needed his assistance. He took everything in stride and delivered the best possible customer service experience.||BRIAN – Was a very friendly, kind and great bartender and server at the restaurant every day. He was fun to talk to and his service was wonderful. He really knows how to make people feel welcome. ||JIMBO – Was a wonderful chef who made excellent meals and was flexible in personalizing them as I requested. That was so very helpful.||THE FRONT DESK GUEST SERVICES TEAM: Bridget, Karon, Agapi and Nicole – These women helped me with all of my needs during my extended stay, and they did a great job with everything I needed and requested. ||I found this location convenient to restaurants, coffee shops and the grocery store. I enjoyed the lobby of the hotel which had big windows and comfortable seating to do work or watch TV. It’s a very inviting hotel that I think everyone would enjoy when staying in that area. This hotel is a lovely place to stay and the people who work there make it special and worthwhile. I really enjoyed it!

This is the most money I have ever paid for a substandard hotel. The website advertises a bar in the lobby, but the hours are very short. We got back to the hotel at 11:30 and it was already closed on a weekend. There is a $15 charge for breakfast. Considering what we paid for a room, I thought they would have included breakfast. They only service the rooms every other day, which I saw as a significant lack of service. They have a sign posted that's it's for the "environment.". I get using towels twice and not changing the sheets every day, but they can't make the bed and empty the trash? Again, for what we paid, I think they should. The hanger in the bathroom fell off the door. It was a hassle for.my wife to check in because "she wasn't on the reservation.". I've never made a reservation under both of us and had a problem with her checking us in. There is a charge for the two water bottles they left in the room. There is no fan in the bathroom. You have to join their rewards program to access the wifi. I could go on.
On the plus side, my daughter said the shampoo in the bathroom was sulfate free, so they have that going for them.

The lobby area is beautiful, the rooms meh, dated. My room had no body wash or shampoo, the toilet wouldn’t flush so a surprise was left, and the remote for the tv was intermittently working. I won’t be returning, this is a very competitive market to be staying at mediocre properties

Great location. Very clean. Friendly and helpful front desk employees. Soft pillows which I don’t like, but that’s a personal preference. Easy check in process.

We are Hilton diamond members. Quality of properties has decreased significantly. Stayed at this property. Upgrade to a suite. Scotch tape on walls to hold door molding on Master bath shower on/off was stripped. Turned on and almost couldn't turn it off. Luckily there were two baths. Everything is dated. Bed covering was pulled and snagged. Almost makes travelling unappealing

Overall a really disappointing stay. Hilton’s are usually safe bets but not this time. We stayed for 4 nights and on the first night we got in extremely late and went straight to bed. The next morning we noticed an issue with the toilet. I alerted the front desk staff at 9am as we headed out to breakfast. We were out and about all day, returning at nearly 11pm, and maintenance never addressed our concern. Luckily, the night staff member was quick to get us a new room, but how did this go unresolved and really untouched all day? Additionally we left the sign off the door to have the room freshened up and we were completely bypassed. Once we got to the new room that night, all was well until we noticed the comforter had 2 large stains on it. Off with the comforter and we used the sheet for the remainder of our stay.

The property itself is decent for a Hilton and is in a great location. But the stay itself left a lot to be desired and was not what I would expect of a Hilton. Very disappointing.
