⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️I cannot say enough about Annabelle. We were pleased with her exceptional experience in booking a 3 day trip of our choice. She is amazing, so warm and welcoming, it was my birthday trip and she made it so special. We love you! Definitely will be recommending her to friends and family who need an honest person to lead you in the direction of a super good deal on vacation! Hotel was clean and everyone was super helpful including Berry and Ruben!

Bathroom had no heat pool was supposed to be heated. The pool was cold. The TV only has news channels and Discovery Channel very disappointing after a long day at work. I wanted to come back to the room get in a nice warm pool and watch TV on the plus side. The food is excellent.

I stayed 4 weeks at the Hilton Stamford....my overall experience was very good. The room was cozy, the shower water pressure and was one of the hottest I ever had a hotel. It was conveniently near my workplace and if requested you can utilize the free shuttle to get around Stamford. The housekeeping was very supportive and quick when I had requests. One of the housekeepers, a lovely lady from Cali, Colombia checked on me everyday. I appreciate her.

Towards the end of my stay, there were some incidental overcharges that took a large sum off my credit card, but one of Hilton managers Kelvin sprung into action to help me get the errors corrected.

Do not believe the good reviews. Our room was not clean, the hotel is in desperate need of updating and repairs. The garage was like a war zone with garbage everywhere and broken pylons as well as being dark and scary. Wallpaper peeling off walls in hotel everywhere and stains all over carpets. Previous leaks in ceilings and walls were not patched properly. Mold in bathroom. Unbelievable to me that Hilton would even put their name on this hotel.

We had a delicious dinner in the hotel restaurant and all the staff were extremely friendly and helpful.
A special shout out to INES who is just the nicest person and makes you feel right at home with her warm heart and bright personality.

Really poor experience. The hotel needs to be renovated top to bottom. Depressing lobby and overall feel. The room felt dirty. Furniture was old and scuffed. The metal in the bathroom was rusty. Bathroom door was chipped. Elevators and hallways are scuffed. Carpets felt dated. Overall feel was that this place was a ripoff and Hilton needs to spend serious money to bring it back to the quality of what you'd expect from a Hilton. Because of this experience I'm not going to patronize any Hilton if I can avoid it. I'll stick to Marriotts. Worst of all, some random employee pressured my wife in the hotel bar to give a five-star review, physically taking my wife's phone and pressuring her to give a review "so we can keep our jobs." No business should ever pressure patrons to give a good review, particularly when the experience doesn't deserve it and particularly when, like here, we had just gotten there. It's a scam.

We were using Hilton points to stay on Christmas Eve to facilitate picking up family members flying in late to LGA. Beds were comfortable, but room, hallways and lobby were dated, and the toilet paper holder and tub spout were corroded to point of missing metal. Parking was for a fee and awkward to move a larger vehicle. Friendly staff at resturaunt and food was good, but limited options. Looks like the Executive Lounge has been closed for a while, not just on the weekend/holiday stay when we were there.||Location is a bit challenging if not there for a meeting in the center or business park. Met our needs for the night, but nothing I would pick for a future stay in the area, unless work directed me there.||

Kelvin at the front desk was amazing! He helped me arrange an early check in traveling with my senior parent and was equally as helpful at the front desk during check-in and check out.

I can’t say enough about Renee in the dining room. She helped me and mom get set up at our table, went back to the buffet to get us things we needed more of or had forgotten and was very attentive while we were having our breakfast.

Traveling with an aging parent is not easy in these two team members represented Hilton well and made my trip at my holiday much easier.
