Have been on many tours. Most have been good. This one set a standard that is going to be tough to beat. Our driver/tour guide Robert was knowledgeable and personable. He also had a great sense of humor. We took the 90 minute tour and it left us thinking we should come back and take some of the other tours he mentioned. If you're in Newport Rhode Island and need something to do, find HTN. They're great.

We had a wonderful trolley tour around Newport. We were taken to ocean drive and saw all the wonderful mansions and views of the ocean. The meeting location had plenty of parking and local businesses to pick up a snack. Everyone was friendly and professional. The trolley was comfortable and we'll maintained. A wonderful small business.

I cannot say enough good things about this experience. If Robert is not a local legend, he should be. He filled our tour with fascinating facts, anecdotes, and stories about Newport’s history and it’s people. He even gave us helpful local tips about parking and dining. Hospitable, friendly and fun!! Would recommend to all visitors! A MUST!!!

We were Robert's only customers on this particular day tour. That did not dampen his enthusiasm for the tour. He was a great tour guide and since we saved some time not making a couple of stops he gave us a little extra ride through some areas of Newport. Great experience and great service from the tour company. Highly recommend.

We had an excellent tour and Robert was an excellent guide. I called 2 tour companies and the lady who answered the phone was so nice that I decided to go with this company. We're glad we did this right when we got in to Newport so we got a lay of the land and knew where to best spend our time. Highly recommend this tour company for their great people and comfortable air conditioned vehicles.

We took the 1.5 hour Ocean drive tour. Our driver was knowledgeable, courteous and flexible. It was just what we were looking for to get acquainted with the city. After the tour we went back to visit the areas we were most interested in.

Visitor center not open during their posted hours. Visitor center poorly signed and hard to find. Website and brochures gave inaccurate information. *Edit: Their website has been updated.*
We planned our day based on what their website said. When we found the visitor center, it was closed despite their website (and google and yelp) saying they were open. Supposedly tours every day, but when we tried to book there was nothing for the month of June. Called and they said to book online. Messaged back and they said booked with private tours until July.

EDIT: they did call me back, and apologized. They’re understaffed (like many places right now), but they updated the website with current information the very next day. If I get back to the area again I’ll give them another shot.
