This hotel is friendly, clean, and convenient. I started staying here again this past week and was not disappointed. My stay started a little rough due to what I'm guessing is the person who previously had the room I got took the tv remote when he left. The staff had me a new room very quickly so as it was an inconvenience to them they made sure it wasn't one for me. I stayed 3 nights and forgot to grab a reciept when I left so I stopped back later that day. I quickly got my receipt and left. I drove around the building and happened to see a gentleman flagging me down. I stopped and he informed me he was Andy Vasani. This man ran across the parking lot to express his gratitude for my stay and hoped I would consider staying again. Yeah it might have been just to get repeat business but either way it impressed me enough that anytime I'm in the area I will stay in their hotel.

My kids and I stayed all weekend and had a fantastic time! Pia was so helpful and sweet to us. Great breakfast selection, clean rooms, and convenient location. We will definitely be back!

Kudos to the ladies for the exceptional breakfast bar. Great selection of healthy foods and always tasted fresh. Front desk and cleaning staff were pleasant and room was nice with everything functional and meeting Holiday Inn quality standards (hot water, heater, comfy bed). The negative was the fitness center had no ventilation, no dumb bells, and the water dispenser did not chill the bottles.

We came for an evening to relax a little and visit the area for our first anniversary as a married couple. We checked in and wanted to swim, but unfortunately the pool—while clean and well-appointed—was absolutely freezing cold. We couldn’t even stand to be in it for more than a minute. We were disappointed since we chose a property with a heated indoor pool for this sole purpose. In addition, we booked a king room, and our original booking confirmation confirmed this—however, we were placed in a double bed room and not informed at check-in. The hotel parking lot was empty, so I am not sure why we didn’t get the room we booked and paid for. We booked directly through IHG and not a third party, so I do not understand why this happened. Also, upon arrival we attempted to purchase some waters from the market, but there were none in stock and we were advised that the refrigerator didn’t work anyway so we opted not to purchase the hot sodas that were available. The TV in the room was also very crooked on the mount, and the wall thermostat was inoperable and the air had to be controlled from the unit itself. Just overall a little disappointed even though we didn’t go big for our special night, we had at least hoped for what we booked and paid for. We actually decided to leave around midnight because there was no point in staying overnight and swimming in the morning since we knew the pool wasn’t warm. Probably will not consider IHG properties in the future after this experience.

Hotel needs some updates and a good cleaning. Our first room had a broken TV and the bathroom door didn't shut. The second room had better doors but TV only had one channel. Bedding was clean and bed was comfortable. Bathroom was dusty. There were cracked tiles and paint splatter on floors.

During our stay we booked a double bed room to accommodate 4 ppl we were visiting family. Both the nights we 4 or less people stay since we booked a room to accommodate for 4. Our children on the first night stayed with family that we were visiting. There. Only having two individuals stay the first day and the second night we had 4 stay. We had family pop in to visit us for a little bit when we first arrive and the front desk lady stopped and asked the children if they were staying with us. As my sister-in-law was leaving, she hadn’t stopped her and made a comment about having so many children despite being told already that they were not staying. Moving forward the morning of breakfast the day we were checking out. My son was stopped by the same lady expressing that we were only supposed to have two people in the room and that we were going to be charged extra fees. Mind you she had never stopped me or said anything to me. The entire stay up until this point when I approached her to ask what the issue was. She continued to say that we had more people in the room that we were supposed to and that we were allowed to have guest visit, but nobody was allowed to stay, which is what happened. Furthermore my sister-in-law lives three minutes from the hotel so there would be no need for her and her kids to stay. They were coming to visit and go to dinner with us. Very distasteful and very rude and the way that it was handled an extra $50 was charged to my card stating for the use of amenities by other individuals who are not guests. Mind you none of these individuals stayed or had breakfast nothing.

This was our first stay at this location, but it won't be our last. The facility was clean. Staff was professional. We came to visit family, and the lobby provided a very comfortable place to visit. Breakfast was the high quality we have received at other Holiday Inn Express facilities. I was not able to check out the pool (and suspect it was crowded with the young boys who were there as a group), but the overall stay was quite wonderful. We will be back again!

We always stay here when we visit relatives, since the hotel is minutes from their house. Fortunately, the hotel is a very pleasant place to stay overall. Prices are very reasonable, rooms are comfortable and clean. They have a nice little breakfast buffet with a variety of healthy and not-so-healthy options. We really appreciated the bottled water, which we used in our room. Best of all is the staff -- friendly and eager to provide whatever you may need.
