Prior to our visit on 09/15/2024, we contacted Holiday Inn to confirm that the pool would be available. They advised that the alert on the website was due to parking lot construction and exterior painting. Unfortunately, upon arrival, the pool and hot tub were in fact unavailable/under construction.

Would give customer service a 3/5 for the misleading messaging. However, this hotel and staff were great-- so do not want to tank their rating.

This property is in the midst of a much needed remodel/upgrade. They are currently only offering breakfast to go.

It definitely needs a remodel and everything is very worn and dated.

I don't think charging full price at this time is fair as facilities are very mediocre.

Hot tub was not hot.

There for remodeling. I cannot give any kind of report on the service except for the maids that do work in the other part they are extremely nice to everyone that is working in this hotel we are not even guests we are employees that are remodeling this hotel and the maids there are extremely nice

They're under remodel so doesn't look great, but the rooms are clean and nice, the staff are great.

Very nice staff. Currently being renovated, so noisy during the day, but looking forward to the rooms being updated as they need it. Keycards are commonly problematic, have to get reset far too regularly. Breakfast is good and the breakfast staff are super friendly. Beds are comfortable and everything is clean. Gym facilities are normal, can't complain.

The hotel has been remodeled. Rooms feel fantastic. Great size tv. Ample bathroom and great water pressure. They kept tubs in bathrooms, but that is ok. Comfortable beds. OK, continental breakfast. Great location. Excellent staff and service, this is the highlight of this hotel.
Common areas are also great. I'll stay here again many times.

This hotel was very pleasant to stay at, very clean and neat. The staff is friendly and helpful with questions. The breakfast was nice with a good variety (for all ages). Would stay again. They were very helpful with letting us check in early as we were there for a family event and very much appreciated being able to put out things away and freshen up.

Room was clean and large. Location was great, easy access from highway. Front desk agent went above and beyond to get my hair towel returned. My towel was taken in error when our room was cleaned. I would stay here again and recommend it to others.
