The staff was great. Room was serviceable…the cleaning crew even left me a plate of cooked bacon in the microwave….😳. Had a few issues with billing which the staff handled promptly. Was a “service” hotel. A lot of industry workers at the hotel but they were absolutely a non issue like some other places.

Hotel was conveniently near the sports complex and other shops. My softball team stayed there for a tournament over the weekend. I cannot say the words that parents and players used to describe the lady at the front desk.

She shut down the pool for everyone because there were two unattended kids in there eating, and only reopened it after great protest from customers. Then she shut it down completely before it was scheduled to be closed, even turning off lights while kids were in the pool.

Regardless of your feelings toward guests and their behavior, creating such an unsafe environment and inducing panic in the children was a huge, unnecessary risk to her and the hotel’s liability for the well being of the customers.

All the staff were super friendly. Our room was very clean and everything worked like it was supposed to. The breakfast was delicious and they had a wide variety of choices and kept everything stocked. We stayed for the birth of our grandchild, and the staff congratulated us.

I always look for IHG hotels because I know they will be clean, comfortable and safe. The booking process is easy and fast. The rooms are designed with a good night's rest in mind and can be as dark or as light as I need. The bathroom lighting is above average, which is very important for me. Having high quality soaps and shampoos was a lifesaver for my last trip was unexpected. IHG hotels are usually in areas that are convenient to whatever I am doing in the particular town so whether an extended stay or just an overnight, I prefer IHG hotels.

Had a great experience. The young lady at the front desk was very helpful, nice, and friendly. We enjoyed our time in the swimming pool. Rooms were clean and well maintained.

Upon our check in, we were greeted with a smile and kind words. The gentlemen had us checked into both of our rooms very quickly. Our rooms were clean and the room temperature was comfortable. Our bed and bedding were very comfortable, which allowed for a great nights sleep. The next morning we had great in room coffee and a hot breakfast downstairs. They will for sure get our future business.

Need to rest and worry about comfort cleanliness and safety? Put your worries to rest! This hotel was very quiet, the bed was like sleeping on a cloud! Full size Dove products for use in the room. Micro, mini fridge and Keurig! Very spacious room! And the breakfast; hot, cold or both! Something for everyone to enjoy!

Our 2nd stay there and still the cleanest Hotel ever. The staff was awesome, comp breakfast was way over the top, Roon and all public places were spotless. Housekeeping here does a great job. Kudos to them. When we come back to Ada, we will not stay any place else. Thanks again
