It was a wonderful stay ! Everyone was so friendly and catered to my needs. My friends and I needed extra blankets and they responded in a timely manner. Will definitely book again. Also the room was very clean! Amazing stay! Recommended for others!

This was my first time at the property and I can say I really enjoyed my stay. The girl Yari at the front desk was very helpful and sweet throughout our stay. The rooms are clean and spacious. The breakfast was delicious. Most definitely would come back when I’m in the area.

Hard worker she was there a lot during our stay. She was wore out but always had a smile. Jo Jo also was just a bubbly and gave off some great energy! The girl in the breakfast I didn’t get her name but she was slammed and yet she was courteous. This tells me the manager is doing things right. We left a little something for housekeeping because our room was spotless. We will be back. Thank your for making us feel at home.

The check-in person was really nice. I was there for two days. They cleaned my room and left my room door open. Did not replace my washcloths only the towels the tub was a little black. Elevators were dirty. For the money that you have to pay for food The food wasn’t really worth it because I had to ask for yogurt. When I was checking out I asked for my receipt to be emailed to me. The check out person was on the phone and she never emailed my receipt. I think Holiday Inn has lost a customer Especially in Boynton Beach. Stay at the Holiday Inn again there.

My family and I had a pleasant 4 days 3 night stay. The rooms were clean and the service was accommodating. The hotel is not brand new, however some updates and fresh paint showed it was cared for. The location was very close to the beach, food and entertainment.

Currently, booked this hotel due to the mostly great reviews. Maybe at some point.
Woman at the desk when we came in was very nice and helpful. The room was neat, clean but bed is horrible, uncomfortable. Bring your own pillow! Pool is outside, where staff smokes on the other side of the fence. Some noise but mostly settled down by 9pm. Smells of pot all night (stuffed a towel under door) hallway still had pot smell in the morning. Breakfast was awful, toaster doesn't work, hot water trickles to a stop (they know just haven't fixed it). Bananas were rotted, limited yogurt.

If you are visiting Boynton Beach, this hotel is a good choice. The lobby and reception area are welcoming. We immediately noticed the bright and well-maintained lounge/breakfast area. The room was clean and the beds comfortable. The breakfast offerings were varied with cereals, pastries, fruits, and some hot protein choices. The serving area was well monitored and food refilled frequently. The one area that seemed to be an issue was the ability for the rooms to be serviced in a timely manner. The number of people cleaning the rooms does not seem to be enough. We were unable to check in to a room until 4:00 PM. The next day we were out of the room all day. When we returned the room at 5:00 PM our room had not yet been serviced. Because it was so late, we just chose to get clean towels and skip the service.

I was impressed by the hotel. When entering the lobby, the staff welcomed us. We wanted to check in an hour earlier, but our room was not ready. That was not a problem since we needed to do some shopping.. The room was huge and clean. One complaint was that more light was needed in some parts of the room. I had to use a flashlight. A couple of high-hat lights might have helped. The temperature of the room was just right. The beds were comfortable, and the linen was so soft. I am looking into purchasing the down comforters. The bathroom was functional, clean, and had good water pressure. The pool water was clean but a little cold since it was not heated. The pool deck was private and clean. The breakfast was great. Everything was fresh, hot, and tasty. Overall, it was a great experience, and it is so nice that free parking is included in the rate. I rate it 4.5 just because of the little things that I found.
