I stayed here after a day at Hotsprings spa and loved it! I had a smooth chec6in process. They were accommodating to have the two rooms together since they didn't have adjoining rooms. The rooms were nice? Clean and comfortable. The breakfast was amazing with alit to offer from hard boiled eggs to egg white omelets, Greek yogurt and skim milk. Anna was super helpful at check out to assist me with looking up my member information that couldn't be done at check in.

I made reservations over the phone while traveling. The receptionist took care of the reservation without issue. Once i arrived i was given my room number and key. The area was well lit minus a few areas in the rear. However, i was able to park in a well lit area and my stay was as expected. It’s a nice hotel and i had no issue. Staff were all friendly and all smiles. Breakfast had an above average selection as hotel breakfast goes.

Our family stayed here for a gymnastics competition and we had our 3 kids (all under 10) with us. The check in process was smooth and we were offered our bedding for the pull out sofa right away.

One elevator was out of service, however the one working elevator was just fine and there was not much wait time. When we got to our room, we were impressed with how clean it was. (We ended up getting a handicapped accessible room, since there was an overbooking). The only drawback to this was the shower head was at an odd angle and made it a challenge. The pull out sofa bed was actually very comfortable and the beds were nice and clean.

The kids all used the indoor pool and had a blast. The chlorine seemed high and the water was a bit on the cooler side, but the kids didn't mind.

We woke up on Sunday morning and breakfast started at 7. We arrived shortly after 7 and they did not have any biscuits available for breakfast but all the other food was just fine.

Overall, it was a great trip and we would stay here again if we come back to the area.

I stay at eh Bryant Holiday Inn Express about 5 times a year. My last trip I used points on for the stay and feel I might have excused because of this. I checked in early and asked for a first floort room but was told none were available. I was given a room directly above the check in area. Warning... if you get this room you will hear the double sliding glass doors open and close and night. You will need to run your TV all night to down out the noise. I was not given a warning when being assigned this room. They have also removed the hot chocolate from the breakfast options. This hotel offers a good location with walking distance to resturants but the management team could work better to recognize loyal club members.,

I needed a room at the last minute and the hotel staff were very accommodating. The hotel was clean and the staff were friendly. The room had a large shower. The bed and pillows were amazing and I was able to get a restful nights sleep! Breakfast was good and there were many options to choose from. The coffee was also good. I highly recommend staying at the hotel location.

The room was comfortable and the breakfast was consistent. My stay was for work. I had a hard time with the internet and informed the staff several times to no avail. There is a small gym next to an inside pool. The area felt safe but the hotel had side doors that were accessible without a key making the building feel a little less safe.

Was here for work, from the sweet, friendly and funny front desk clerk to walking into our room that smelt GREAT! Shower was hot and big. Bed was comfy and AC worked GREAT! We travel for a living so we stay in a lot of hotels, this one was GREAT!

I had an excellent stay! The hotel breakfast bar was pretty good! (Hot savory meal options.) Staff was friendly. It was quiet and my room was clean. No weird smells or broken AC/heat. I left happy and even joined the rewards program.
