Our experience at the hotel was great! We were there for one night and the General Manager's excellent service made a big difference, and we were thankful for the opportunity to check in early. The quiet and comfortable atmosphere made our stay even more enjoyable. Highly recommended!

Great staff! Connor on the night shift went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable and get us checked in efficiently. So appreciated her help and flexibility!! Great location with a Tim Hortons in the parking lot.

We had a last minute stay at this hotel and were very pleased. The room was modern, clean and roomy. The bed was so comfortable and slept well. The shower was great, I didn’t want to get out, the shower head was full and great water pressure. Breakfast was good and overall loved the stay.

I asked at check in if their pool was open, she had a chance to tell me then that the heater wasn’t working, she didn’t so it was freezing. I stated good because it’s the only reason we came to stay, my kids were dying to swim for the night. We’ve been here for two hours and are now checking out!! Don’t recommend, since the bed was questionable upon using the iron method. Black spots appeared after so I took a chance.

Clean room. Was very quiet. Beds were extremely comfortable, but very high. Nice bathroom, well supplied. Nice pool, but forgot swim suit. Excellent breakfast....lots of choices. Coffee and tea all day, which was nice after a long drive. Close to a lot of restaurants....fast food or sit down
This is my second time staying here and I highly recommend it.

We stayed here one night to attend a funeral service for a family member. Initially the staff was very friendly. At 9 am house keeping attempted to enter the room while we were sleeping! Banging the door against the door stop and yelling through the door waking us up! Words were exchanged between my wife and the house keeper. We woke up got ready checked out and headed to the funeral service around 1030. About 40 minutes down the road I get a call and caller ID says Holiday Inn, thought I had forgotten something, not the case! Voice on the other side said this is the manager and I’d like to know why you stole ALL my towels and linen off the bed! I asked him what was he talking about? He said you stole ALL my towels and linen off the bed! Told him to check with the maid who had an attitude earlier that morning and if he needed me to return so he could search my vehicle I’d be more than happy to show back up!

As a Vet and member of IHG for years, I’ve never been treated like a common thief!

UNACCEPTABLE!! DO NOT stay at this location, unless you’re ready to be accused of stealing towels and linen! I may not stay at another Holiday Inn location again!

Staff were friendly & efficient. We had a pet-friendly room on the 3rd floor. Room was clean & beds were comfortable. Hallways were very quiet at night. Breakfast was tasty--scrambled eggs, eggs and veggie omelets, bacon, sausage, pancake maker, oatmeal, etc. Didn't have a chance to use the pool, but it looked nice. Felt safe in this area. We'd definitely stay here again.

The front desk worker Jessica was absolutely amazing! She not only accommodate us but my entire family ! We left the Hampton Inn and came straight over to Holiday Inn. Hampton Inn was rude and unaccommodating even after I called and they agreed. Thank you Holiday Inn so much ! My sister nieces and all their friends had a blast !!! 10/10 recommend! Thank you so much to front desk worker Jessica
