Good Day!

My recent stay at the Holiday Inn Express in Richfield, Ohio was, for the most part a good one. I picked this hotel for its convenience to visit places like the Pro Football HOF and the Rock & Roll HOF amongst other sites. The staff was friendly and the hotel was clean. I did encounter one issue and that is, upon arrival, when I attempted to turn on the TV, it would not work. Fortunately I brought a book and decided to deal with the issue on the next day since I knew I'd be out of the room visiting various attractions which would give them time to fix the problem. So, first thing in the morning, I brought the issue up to the front desk and they put it on the list of items to be addressed. I left for the day figuring everything would be fine when I returned; it was not? I was gone for almost seven hours, but when I got back to the room, the TV still did not work and housekeeping had not cleaned the room. I went back to the front desk, talked to a different person and he said he'd take care of it. About 15-20 minutes later housekeeping arrived and soon after a person to look at the TV. Thankful for that. Unfortunately, the TV had to be completely replaced, which took about 1.5 hours and kept me a prisoner in my room and unable to go to dinner as they got a new TV installed. Upon checking out, i told the front desk of this and they said they'd issue me 10k points to my account for the inconvenience. I've not as yet seen those points go into my account. Hopefully soon. They left me a follow-up phone call stating the same.

Friendly and helpful staff. Room was comfortable and clean. Easy to control room temperature. Lots of pillows.
Breakfast choices were enough to start our day. Well stocked and the reception/breakfast area was decorated for Valentines Day, so pleasant atmosphere. For a free breakfast it was good.
Only stayed one night so didn’t use fitness or pool area.

The weekend following Thanksgiving we stayed at this Holiday Inn Express and were pleasantly surprised and deeply impressed with the quality of the room and overall hotel experience. Everything was extremely clean, the room was spacious and well thought out, there was plenty of room for my toddler to well, be a toddler, and we were even given a full crib for my daughter which even included a baby blanket! The beds were very comfortable and the heat was perfect during the night. We could not believe that this room was as affordable as it was with being this high quality. Plus, the breakfast was top notch, with every breakfast item you could possibly want in the morning. Thank you for giving us such a great experience! You made our long travel days a little easier!

We really enjoyed our stay at this Holiday Inn Express. the beds and pillows are top notch, and rooms are nicely set up and great windows. had some issues with one of our rooms heater, but got it figured out and then the other room had an issue with the shower head due to accessibility. hotel was clean and nice parking lot. breakfast was amazing, and the staff was excellent.

We're in the area for a dance performance and the hotel staff were great. Half of our group arrived on Friday, while the other half on Saturday. I was able to get my room a bit earlier than normal check in.

Front staff was great, explained everything to us.et.ua know about the happy hour smacks (kids absolutely loved it).

Rooms were very clean and comfortable - only bad thing was the bathroom didn't have a fan or the drain didn't go down fast enough during a shower.

Breakfast was great! Constantly restocking food items.

Would definitely stay there again if in the area.

1.Service - very good and accommodating especially Robert from the front desk when we have to cancel our 2nd night for an emergency.

2. Food - quality food but I thought they will serve the turkey sausage based on their picture but they didn't However, they have pork sausage and egss but we don't eat pork.

3. Room was so clean and spacious

4. They have a warm pool but we didn't use it as we only stayed for a night.

Always a pleasure staying in Cleveland. This is on the outskirts but its easy to get in and around the city as there are multiple highway access points here. Also, the hotel has good beds and is kept clean. Good staff and a warm welcome. I recommend this hotel and would stay here again!

Located right off of I-80 and next door to a pilot flying j. It's location is very convenient after a long drive. They have a terrific breakfast and polite and courteous staff. Rooms were clean and reasonably priced especially if you're an IHG hotels member. We got a king suite for $110 after taxes etc on a Saturday night.
