When checking in, the person was not friendly or welcoming. Our room was nice clean, but when I made a reservation, I asked for king size but ended up with 2 queen size beds. When asked, the lady was rude, and then we decided to stay a second night she told us we got our discount. In fact, we did not. You could not swim in the pool because there were rocks and bottle tops in the pool, and the hot tub was not available. The tables were so dirty. There was a place to smoke outside, but an employee was smoking close to the front door, talking away to a friend. The breakfast looked to be warm because of how they had it set up, but it was cold.
They did give us clean towels but never remade our bed. For our second night. Billing is questionable. I was charged twice and called to ask about it, and the person on the phone had no clue. Said I needed to talk to the manager who was only available during a certain time. Then I got charged for some membership I never agreed to. I would be very careful using your card here. I don't
think I would stay here again. Management needs to look at how they treat customers.

Handy location for an overnight stop. Reception was possibly the most unfriendly we have ever encountered . The lady seemed reluctant to speak at all. When asking about breakfast times later, she snapped ‘ 6’ then as we walked away ‘continental 5’ which took us a while to work out !
The place looks like it doesn’t get much traffic, and is forlorn. Breakfast was ok , reception staff were rather stressed out due to IT issues so we asked for an email receipt… never arrived!

Our experience was good there wasn’t much parking but we still a great and it was so good we didn’t want to leave but we had. ? thank you for the experience.

Price gouging at its best. As a government contract firefighter we called looking for rooms as we were here for multiple fires in the area and the price was well higher than listed online, we found nicer better priced accommodations. 4 days into the fires and we heard of other firefighters paying 30 to 40% more than the rates we were even originally quoted, and this was on Monday and Tuesday stays. Way to stick it to people trying to keep wildland fires out of your town.

Great customer service while checking in. And the breakfast was good with lots of variety. The room was a little beat up and showing it's age a little bit. Pool was closed due to weather, but we weren't going to using it anyway. Well located. Easy parking. Great shower pressure and water temperature. The fridge and microwave was handy.

This hotel was exceedingly disappointing. While the location is handy, the rest of it was very very subpar - other than the breakfast area which was spotless. We had two rooms - one had a dirty washroom include hair and a scummy soap tray, the other reeked of cigarette smoke although it was non smoking. We witnessed four different very loud altercations between staff including the front desk person yelling over the phone at another staff person making it very uncomfortable - and that was not the only uncomfortable time. While the breakfast area was well appointed and spotless, there were not enough chairs for the people eating. While eating breakfast, we heard loud videos being played in the lobby - and it turned out it was the front desk person sitting in the lobby listening to their cell phone on full blast. The hotel did not feel safe, clean or welcoming - other than the breakfast area. We will not be booking here again.

Arrive at 2:40, No one at the front desk for about ten minutes.

Housekeeper couldn't find anyone.

Found out the hot tub was "Not WORKING".
Been hiking all day!!!!!!!!!!!

POOL area gate was locked
Can't even sit by the pool.

I would call to make sure "Hot Tub" and "POOL" area is "OPEN".

ROOMS ARE OK
BED NOT TOO HARD.
Also was charged twenty five dollars
They said they're gonna refund me
It's been a week now
Manager was supposed to call me.It has been six days
I used eight thousand points
For a lesser room charge
Why did I get charged twenty five dollars

The front desk staff was accommodating. The front entry was a bit weird in layout. A lot of potential, but not properly furnished/a lot of wasted open space. Not well lit either, and a huge space for eating, but hardly any tables/places to sit when they serve a hot breakfast.

The bathroom in the room was definitely outdated and small. The best thing about the room was the comfy beds, but the pillows weren’t great. The room also had little furniture and felt small. Definitely in need of upgrade. The floors were dirty, seemed that way throughout the hotel.

For looking new on the outside, it was a big let down on the inside.

The breakfast was good.
