This hotel has a great aesthetic from the lobby to the guest rooms to the fitness room/pool area. Very clean and well kept. Breakfast was well presented with lots of variety.

As a frequent business traveler averaging 60+ nights a year, this hotel definitely stands out. The pre-arrival experience was seamless and easy. Would definitely recommend and will use myself on future trips.

The stay at this location is predictable to be clean and comfortable. The rooms are good. Bathroom lighting is great and they have ice machines on multiple levers so no need to have to search for it. The shades are great in the room can close them tightly and the room becomes nice and dark.

An oasis in Le Mars. Been a loyal IHG client for over 12 years. This location ranks to me as 1 of top 3 for cleanliness. And aside from 1 non-commital interation with 1 staff member, the majority of the staff were friendly, helpful, and seemed to genuinely care about guests. While I didn't use the pool the area was in fantastic shape. Will be going back to this hotel if I visit the area again!

Yes, its a Holiday Inn Express in Le Mars, Iowa. However, I cannot say enough about the professionalism of the staff that I did interact with!

The cleanliness of the room needs to be the standard for IHG to use as a benchmark, especially the CARPETS! Super Clean! Both the housekeeping and dinning area staff are deserving of KUDO's! Make my off hours schedule quite tolerable!

Staff was very friendly and attentive. The breakfast was great every morning. The rooms were clean and comfy. I travel a lot for work and I will be staying here regularly. Thank you for the Excellent Service!

Room was clean and comfortable. Housekeeping did a great job. Loved the water pressure in the shower! Bedding was soft and comfortable as well. Continental breakfast was convenient for my stay; would have liked to have fruit available throughout the day if that's possible.

Cleanliness is a must for me when I book a hotel so I will read reviews specifically looking for that. This Holiday Inn Express was very clean! Staff was friendly across the board. Beds were comfortable and layout of the room was nice. No complaints. Would definitely recommend this place and we will likely be back!

The service was great especially since each day of our stay the keys stopped working and they had to make new ones. I am also very sad that they covered up the hot tub. This was one of the main reasons we picked this hotel.
