I felt that our stay was one of the best Holiday Inn experiences I have had. I usually avoid Holiday Inn but my sister booked this one. She was right. I only had one complaint-the woman working breakfast spent the entire time on her phone. When she was asked to refill something, she did-but she had to be asked specifically. I wasn't a fan of the bath products but they were plentiful. The room was extremely well maintained and nice. I would stay here again.

I travel weekly for work, and have been staying at this hotel weekly for 2 years now. Every trip, I am greeted warmly by the team, and the rooms are always great. The hotel is always clean, and the hotel team is always helpful if I need anything. They always have a wide variety of food available for breakfast, and I know that I will have a safe place to rest in my weekly travel trips.

The location is perfect- easy access to I-71 and route 18, and plenty of restaurants and gas stations within a few minutes drive.

Cannot recommend staying here enough!

Showed up late in the evening and the late night staff was kind and friendly. I asked to switch rooms and no hesitation or complaint. Rest of the weekend was breeze. Food always stocked at breakfast. Everything that could go wrong did and they helped transition through it great. Will definitely be coming back when I come backbtonthe area.

Staff was friendly and accommodating. The room was very clean and comfortable. The breakfast was delicious and had a nice selection for every dietary need. We would definitely stay at this facility again.

We were initially checked into a 1st floor room and we asked if we could be changed to a higher floor, they did so no problem. Everything was clean. They were extra accommodating allowing us to use their kitchen microwave after check out (we were there all day after check out for a class).

Our daughters wedding was at the Blue Heron brewery and event Center 10 minute drive from this location. Vanessa, the Director of sales, was delightful to work with as she assisted me with blocking rooms for our out-of-town guest and the bridal party.

I can’t say enough about her communication, professionalism, as I had a lot of questions going back-and-forth with details. She was transparent, patient and insured that things will work out great. And they did!

Chelsea who worked at the front desk was also wonderful and held my anxiety at bay as a mother of the bride. Thank you all for being part of this wonderful celebration of love. The bridal suite was exactly what my daughter was looking for. It was big enough to hold her wedding party of seven to get their make up and hair done, and the next day we hosted brunch in their boardroom, which was a perfect size for our group

The staff at the front desk was very kind and efficient.She made sure we got our transportation to the venue that we were attending a wedding.
The room was very clean.Bed was comfortable.We appreciated the window shades blocking out light!
Breakfast was delicious.Very nice variety to choose from.
Check out was quick and easy. I would definitely stay here again!

This was probably the most expensive Holiday Inn I have stayed in however I have not stayed at this chain for over a year so prices may be up everywhere. The price I paid match the quality of the room and breakfast that I received the following morning! I stayed on the first floor and my shower was completely glassed in as if I was in a five star hotel. The room was clean and neat and smelled new. I would not hesitate to stay here again! I arrived with an oversized vehicle and was allowed to park in front. The desk clerk stated that she would keep an eye on my property while she was on shift. Excellent customer service!
