I stay here for work on a regular basis. My room is always ready and clean, the breakfast is always hot and plentiful. On the rooms, the room is more roomy than a standard hotel room, which I appreciate. I know many staff work hard to make this possible, but at the front desk I deal mostly with Tabitha, Rachel and Billy. I especially appreciate Billy as he is very courteous and business-like in his demeanor. He always seems to be doing something-the night audit, working to get breakfast ready, cleaning the lobby, etc.-but he is never too busy to stop what he is doing and help me with any request or issue I have.

The gym and equipment are always clean and well maintained. Although the posted rules include an offer of disposable headphones for the attached television sets I was told that they no longer offer headphones to guests because people were not returning them. I thought this was funny as the sign says they’re disposable, but you can always bring your own. I would prefer access to a kitchenette, but at least the rooms offered to our company do not have them. It is a clean and well maintained facility in general. The staff can be a bit slow to check in guests, but they are friendly and helpful otherwise.

This is a very nice clean hotel. The bed was very comfortable, the exercise room was great. It was quiet and the staff was friendly. The pool could have been warmer, it was cold.

We stayed here in October 2024 (Friday-Monday). Our room was equipped with two queen beds . I felt it was reasonably priced . I did have a small problem with them cleaning my room but when I got back at 10 o’clock on my last night the girl at the counter, help me out, apologized over and over and took care of the problem. Then the next morning, the manager apologize again, and I truly believe this was a one time thing. I will definitely will be staying here again. It’s in a perfect location. The whole hotel is very clean and the staff is extremely friendly.

Customer service was great!! Breakfast was good and fresh.
Gym is spacious and clean. Beds are comfortable. If I had a need for anything it was available. The manager checked in and made me feel like she cared my stay was a good one. My Platinum status was recognized and appreciated.

Moved locations for work hotel and this hotel is 100 times better. Staff is awesome and helped us with whatever was needed. Opened breakfast early for us since we got called and had to leave before breakfast was supposed to be awesome. Again awesome staff and very clean hotel.

We stayed 2 nights at the end of July. The room was clean and comfortable. The suitcase area was big enough for both of our carry on sized bags to be open at the same time. The sleeper sofa is long enough that most adults could sleep there without opening it up. The bathroom we had was a large walking shower and the water pressure was pretty good. Only negative is no exhaust fan in the bathroom. I’ll never understand why most hotels don’t have them?

I didn’t get any photos but the grounds looked well taken care of. I don’t notice any ants, as some made mentioned from a few months ago. The pancake machine was broken when we were there but I can’t say how long it was that way. The breakfast selection was good.

There is a grocery store within walking distance and it includes one of the few Starbucks in the area. 👍🏻.
