I recently stayed at the Holiday Inn Express and Suites in Yuma, AZ, and I must say that this hotel exceeded my expectations, even compared to my stays at 4-star hotels around the world in places like Thailand, Japan, and Germany. From the moment I checked in, the staff at the front desk were incredibly accommodating, courteous, and professional. Ricardo, Jennifer, and Christian provided service that was on par with the level of attention and care I’ve received at high-end hotels. Their hospitality really stood out, making a stressful move from Hawaii to Arizona much easier for my family.

We stayed here for six days while waiting to move into our new house, and the hotel being pet-friendly was a huge plus since we had our two shepherd-mix dogs with us. The rooms were spotless, and the hotel amenities were well-kept and maintained throughout our stay. What truly impressed me was the housekeeping staff’s attention to detail. With two shedding dogs, they were incredibly efficient and attentive, ensuring our room was always in top condition. Their level of service was outstanding.

One piece of advice for future guests: if you’re planning to make a reservation, I highly recommend calling the front desk directly rather than using a third-party service like Reservation Desk. I initially booked through Reservation Desk and requested a Deluxe 2 Queen Bed Room, but they mistakenly booked me in a standard room. However, after a quick conversation with Jennifer, she resolved the issue promptly and ensured we were comfortable.

Overall, I highly commend the staff at this hotel for making our stay such a pleasant experience. If you’re ever in Yuma, this Holiday Inn and Suites is definitely worth considering.

In a time when customer service often seems to be declining, it sometimes feels like employees of large corporations believe they're doing me a favor by taking my money, with anything beyond that being considered "above and beyond."

However, my experience at Holiday Inn Express in Yuma was refreshingly different. The facility was immaculate, the room was quiet and comfortable, and the AC was set to the perfect temperature. Everything was just right.

What truly stood out were the actions of Carmen and Elizabeth, which proved that the positive aspects of our stay were no accident. We had to leave early, about 45 minutes before breakfast was scheduled to be served. We didn’t expect anything, but Elizabeth and Carmen noticed us and kindly invited us in, even though the breakfast setup wasn’t complete.

This small act of kindness made us feel like valued customers. As a result, we now have a new level of loyalty to Holiday Inn Express. All the best to what must be a well-run organization.

Great hotel, clean and staff was very friendly! Outdoor pool had a hot tub, which was very hot! There are many small bugs inside and outside the hotel, but it seems normal for the area and hard to keep away. Breakfast was good, nice selection, and the biscuits and gravy were delicious. Highly recommend staying here with kids and pets!

Everything with our week long stay has been incredible. From check in to every time we left, we were always greeted with a smile and how are you. The room was comfortable and I love that you have full bottles of Dove shampoo/conditioner etc in the bathroom. And the breakfasts, so delicious and love the different choices. And all of the breakfast ladies were fantastic and very pleasant. We loved them all but we're only able to personally meet Elizabeth. We will definitely be back.

Stayed 6/21/24-6/22/24. Pet friendly, clean, comfortable beds, OK breakfast, not far from stores and restaurants. The young man that checked us in that afternoon, as well as other staff were very polite and professional. Would stay again.
