I had the pleasure of staying at the Holiday Inn in Valdosta for approximately 30 days while supporting emergency operations for hurricane recovery. Throughout my stay, the staff went above and beyond to make me feel welcome and comfortable. A special thank you to George, the general manager, for assisting me with billing as part of the Military. I’m also incredibly grateful to many but especially Alex, Jade, Miss Helen, and the wonderfully sweet Miss Mary for their kindness and hospitality. Their warmth and attentiveness truly made my stay a memorable experience. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for exceptional service and a welcoming atmosphere!

It was a good location and clean enough. Sheets and linens were comfortable, not like some of the stiff ones you find at other hotels. The king room I had was very big. Staff is friendly. On the downside the TV channels were non-existent you had to cycle through tons of non-channels before you got to one that actually worked. I couldn't even get the main networks. In this day and age that really is disappointing. The wi-fi is pretty bad, very slow. The only breakfast option is a buffet at $14.99. It would be nice if things like muffins or pastries could be paid for a la carte. Lastly the lighting in the bathroom is pretty dim. I never understand why hotels put such bad lighting in a bathroom. Would stay again, but may try some other options in the area to see if there are others that don't have some of the downsides mentioned here.

Excellent hotel with great staff! Cleanest rooms I have seen. There was a great value with cheaper stay than others we checked. I have been to a lot of different hotels, but the staff at their restaurant was the nicest and attentive to our needs. I hope you don’t mind talking to others, because they will keep track of you and your table and ensure that you are happy. That is very, unusually, wonderful. Thanks to Lois and Helen and another young man taking care of the food. Not sure if the names of the other staff. If you’re on your way to Florida, and you’re from Ohio or further north and you ca. make it to Valdosta, choose Holiday Inn!

We stopped here for the night on our recent travel to Orlando. The hotel was clean and tidy. Beds were Amazingly comfy! The room was Very spacious. I would highly recommend. We Will stay here again!

George the general manager was fantastic along with jade and Jasmine! The hotel was decorated so well for spring and they even had chocolate at the registration desk! Louis was my waiter for breakfast and he was so very kind and attentive! He went above and beyond to make sure I had all I needed. The breakfast was delicious too! Thank for a great nights stay! I’ll be back!

My recent stay at the Holiday Inn in Valdosta was nothing short of exceptional. From the moment I arrived, the staff was warm, welcoming, and eager to assist with any needs. The room was clean, comfortable, and well-appointed, providing a relaxing after a long day of travel.
What truly sets this Holiday Inn apart, however, is the fantastic breakfast with a wide variety of options from scrambled eggs and crispy bacon to fresh fruit, pastries, and yogurt parfaits, there was something there for everyone. The hot coffee and juice were the perfect way to start the day, and the attentive breakfast staff ensured that everything was fresh and well-stocked.
Beyond the delicious breakfast, the hotel's convenient location made it easy to park the tractor/trailer rig I was driving.
Overall, my stay at the Holiday Inn in Valdosta exceeded all expectations. The combination of comfortable accommodations, a delicious breakfast, and friendly service made for a truly memorable experience. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the area.

The server and bartender are absolutely incredible! The service was by far better than going to most restaurants.
Brian, our waiter was on point, and our bartender Joslynn was amazing! Definitely will be back.... If all restaurants had these 2 working for them, there would be zero complaints.... Had to edit my review.. morning breakfast was delicious, our waiter Louis is a sweetheart. The service desk was very sweet. Jasmine, such a doll. Overall, I am very pleased with this hotel and crew. This was my first time staying with Holiday Inn ,I can say it will not be my last! I'm looking forward to having a few drinks down at the bar tonight....

Stayed two nights at the Valdosta Conference Center Hotel.

Room size, comfort and cleanliness were excellent, and the hotel staff and restaurant staff couldn't be nicer. Lovely not to have go and find a restaurant after a long journey. Breakfast good value. Great location very close to the I-75 and gas stations.
