Clean, tidy and reasonably priced.
It looks like the owners have been actively improving the business. Washer and dryer both worked fine. I travel for work and spend plenty of time in laundromats - this is entirely acceptable.

I put twenty five quarters in a machine that won't work. It is messy and there is spillover. No phone number posted anywhere, no way to let anyone know the machines are broken or to get my money back from this machine. No sink, no bathroom. Worst of all is the NO PHONE. NO WAY TO CONTACT THEM. NO WAY FOR THE OWNERS TO BE ACCOUNTABLE to thier customers.

Terrible laundromat. Filthy washing machines. Half of the machines are broken. No coin dispenser.

This place is a scam. Half their machines don’t work and there’s nobody to refund you. There are no signs that say “out of order.”

This business is predatory and it specializes in ripping off blue collar folks with little time or access to services. I spoke with a fellow patron and a it’s a common occurrence to spend two or three times amount of money you would because the machines eat your quarters. Shame on you Dylan Book for stealing from the common hard working folks of your community. I tried to call talk with someone but not surprisingly no one answered. Clean up your act you clown.

From the looks of his social media, it looks like Dylan has money for toys and racing but not to service his equipment.

There’s another functional car wash down the street that works.

Yes it is a guessing game as to which of the dryers work the best. I put a small load of clothes to dry in one dryer and still had to hang it up to dry at home.
Washers you have to be paying close attention to as to if they work or not. Nearly all of them have trash in the rubber seal inside the door. It was gross.
If you lose money to a broken machine, kiss it good bye. Lost money a month ago in a couple machines and he still has not made it right with us. Like I'm made out of money. HA!
Still waiting for the Panora mat to reopen. It has been closed for months now. I have to drive 23 miles to the Stuart mat. What a sad world. : (

I have never written a review in my life But I feel that people need to know about this laundromat. I travel for work and use laundromats regularly and this one is by far the worst I have ever used. I used the larger washer because I like the way they clean better. It cost 2.75 which is fine but the first washer (front load) filled up with water which drained into the floor out of the door which locked so I had to wait the entire wash cycle to get my clothes out. The washer never turned or did anything. The second washer worked but at this point I was down 2.75. The first dryer did not get hot after dumping 3 quarters into it. There is no emergency number listed on the wall. If you choose to go into a business that is open 7 days a week someone should be reachable. I googled the place and the number that is on google is just some ladies house. She said she doesn’t know why her number is listed but it’s wrong. She recommends to people to call the local police for the number. The local police were able to find a number from Facebook which they gave to me so I could call. It seems to be the right number they call themselves big deal enterprises but nobody answers and as of now nobody has returned my call so I guess I’m out 3.50 and probably the next person will be too since I’m unable to report which machines are out of order to the owner or management. More like big joke enterprise. If you can find a different facility anywhere within 20 miles I would recommend you try it.
