We appreciate the room's spaciousness at this location, which had a cozy vibe since the living area did not have a bed. The front desk staff was hospitable during check-in, and the facilities appeared fresh and spotless.||The secure entrance at the side of the building was not functioning, so we had to walk around the building in the cold and rain with our luggage and for the rest of the weekend. When I inquired at the front desk, they informed me that there were issues with the door and apologized for the inconvenience, but they did not attempt to resolve the problem.||Breakfast offered many options, both hot and cold. Plus, I was happy to see that they fixed the fridge door that had fallen on me the previous year. ||The TV in our sitting area had a washed-out picture and was dark in the top half. When I reported this to the front desk, I was told someone would look at it, but the issue was never addressed. Additionally, no one was at the front desk after breakfast on our second day.||On a positive note, the TV in the bedroom worked well, but the bed was uncomfortable. The bedding consisted of a very thin sheet, and there was a bed skirt placed between the sheet and the top quilt as a cover. We were both thrilled to be home after bad nights of sleep.

Hotel is nice and clean. Rooms are large and this is first suite I have ever booked that has a dishwasher! The only downside was that there were no vending machines in the hotel, and little market in lobby did not have any soft drinks.

Great for family stay. Stayed for 2 nights in 2 queen bedroom suite.|Bed were comfortable, staff was very helpful, washroom was clean and well stocked ||Breakfast was good - cereal, bread, bagel, waffle makers, fresh omelet, McDonald McMuffin style sandwiches (2 different type)

Worst experience ever. Don’t go to this hotel as it has bed bugs. See pictures.

I asked them to issue points as compensation to the misery I faced. Their manager Mayur said ok to front desk but never did. This guy never shows up to the property and ignore front desk and never comes on phone. Finally I had to push for refund which they did but I had to throw all clothes, refund went to company card.

Do not stay here at all .

It is sad to see a good Hotel and location to decline. Rooms are very nice and modern but service is going down fast. The front desk guy is extremely lazy and needs to be trained in how to deal with customers. His phone was more important than taking care of customers. Breakfast was a disaster and they were not prepared for the amount of people staying during the time i stayed. Overall, not coming to this location anymore.

Great place to relax. Cook out, go for a swim or workout, maybe sit by the fire pit, enjoy great service. Not to mention with a great staff and breakfast is included how can you go wrong

Stayed here for a baseball tournament. Waited over an hour past check in time because our room wasn’t ready. Asked for some type of accommodation and the front desk said they can’t and the manager isn’t in because they left for the day and won’t answer their phone. Great management right there. The sign in the lobby literally says please let us know how your stay is so we can accommodate you or get a free night on us. So they really stand by that I see. Ran out of shampoo by the 3rd day and it never got refilled so I’m thankful we packed our own. The breakfast was mid, the keyless room key never worked and our actual card key stopped working by day 4. At home I noticed an additional $150 charge from the hotel and when I called about it the manager isn’t in all weekend and they said my bathroom door was broken. The door that all of us used all week and that morning before we checked out. The front desk said I can call sales and of course no answer I had to leave a voicemail. Contacting Hilton for this as I see in other reviews the manager and sales person don’t reply back to anyone.

I had an outstanding stay at Home2 Suites! From the moment I arrived, the front desk service exceeded my expectations. Sandeep, in particular, was incredibly helpful and professional, ensuring a smooth check-in process. He went above and beyond to make sure I had everything I needed and provided excellent recommendations for local attractions and dining options.

The hotel itself was clean, modern, and very comfortable. The amenities, including the fitness center and the breakfast area, were well-maintained and convenient. But it was the exceptional front desk service that truly made my stay memorable. I highly recommend Home2 Suites for anyone looking for a welcoming and enjoyable experience.
