The rooms in this hotel were so spotless. It smelled so fresh and clean the bed is very comfortable and the hotel is very nice. The only thing is we could hear the highway in our room but we just brought a fan and it was no problem. As frequent travelers we have seen a lot of hotels and we were very appreciative of how clean this place was.

$135 for 1 night plus the deposit. No pets. Bed seemed awfully small for a queen and to only have the one bed for that much per night seems overpriced.
We liked that they can provide you a cooktop for your room, but it will only work with the skillet they provide and they only provide one small skillet. So it takes forever if you want to cook a meal.
The room was clean and well built, but the bathroom is so small you literally have to sit on the toilet to open and close the door.
Breakfast is provided, but it gets ransacked but unwatched and unruly children. You can't find a place to sit down there to eat, yet the staff doesn't want you taking food to your room. Which makes no sense.
The dogs there were well behaved. All owners carried or leashed their pets and cleaned up after them. The kids were terrible. Parents allowing them to roam free and cause messes and destruction. Our room was across from a dad with 5 girls and he let them run up and down the hall all night and they constantly came to our door trying to open it.

The stay started with a cockroach in the room. We didn't say anything and just took care of it ourself. We got in around 930. Our neighbor had their TV blasting. It stayed blasting. I attempted to text back the hotel text I got multiple times. No response. I attempted to call the front desk multiple times. No answer. I eventually went downstairs at 3 in the morning. There was no one at the front desk. I called hello. No answer. I walked behind the desk, yeing. No answer. I called the front desk from the lobby phone. No answer. I left the phone ringing and went outside to see if they were smoking. No one. Came back inside and the phone was still ringing. I yelled hello and finally someone came out. He went to answer the phone and I told him it was me calling because I had been there waiting on him for a while. He was immediately rude and stated he had been there and just walked back in the back. Long story short they couldn't do anything about the TV and it stayed blaring until 5 in the morning and I won't be returning.

We arrived at nearly eight after a full day of travel, the first in a long cross country journey of pcsing. The fire alarm was going off incessantly. The hotel is super nice, pet friendly. We were able to get nice accommodations and the included breakfast was good. They do not offer a military discount for active duty service members. But they were willing to cancel and let us go somewhere else due to the fire alarm going off and the fire department needing to come. Which was apparently due to another guest using an excess amount of Lysol. I wonder why they had Lysol and why they were spraying it so much. I don’t think the rooms are smoking rooms. After 12 hours on the road and packing a 26 foot Penske truck no we didn’t want to cancel our room and go to another hotel, even though every other hotel I’ve encountered does discount for active duty military. Some nice details of the room include, a nice size fridge, dishwasher, dishes, paper towel, utensils, a nice size desk and the bathroom was a decent size as well. There was a good size curtain that divided the room too.

Great family hotel with some space for everyone in the family to stretch out and relax. The room is thoughtfully laid out with a curtain for privacy between the bed and sofa bed. Internet speed was very fast and the breakfast offereings were wonderful.

Staying here for work, the people are super friendly and the hotel is very clean. But owner issues can be noticed. I and another co worker in separate rooms both had refrigerator issues, he and another co worker had TV issues. And to top it off,another co worker had the top of the door hinge fall off as he was opening it and barely missed his head. And don't expect very good wifi, because it is extremely slow. Owner should put more quality if he wants better costomer experience.

Do not stay here. They steal from their customers.
Housekeeping is stand off ish, was not helpful at all, and does not check in on rooms.
Food is bad, service was worse.
Grounds are littered with dog feces and the hotel does not care. (they have workers that just leaf blow.)
They charged me $150 for “linens” or “towels” that apparently, housekeeping did not find when I left.? I’m not sure why I would steal towels or ANY type of linens from a HOTEL.. I called to try and clear the issue up and was met with a very unhelpful manager (Amanda Voss) who refused to help in anyway, she was set on being rude and making things hard and continued to say “WELL THIS IS STILL NONREFUNDABLE”. Which made me frustrated, as anybody would be after being accused of something that did not happen. Hearing my frustration she decided to catch an attitude. And when I requested information on her supervisor she also refused to give that up. After attempting to resolve this in different ways, checking the cameras (which she refused to do) and speaking with the staff(who did not talk to us during the stay), she hung up in my face. She also threaten us with calling the police if we showed up in person to handle said issue. They are stealing money straight from my bank account and refuse to talk to us. Beyond rude and unprofessional. WE WILL NOT BE RETURNING. Stay away from this money hungry place.
