Very modern decor, clean room and excellent customer service!! I wasnt up early enough to indulge in the breakfast, but the lobby still smelled amazing after breakfast was over. Simon was very professional and courteous. He is the epitome excellent customer service!!! The night shift lady at the front desk was also very professional and kind, but i forgot to get her name. 😢 If I'm ever in the area again I will definitely stay here again. 10/10!!!

This was our first stay at a Home 2 Suites. The room was nice with a nice kitchen, sitting area and comfy beds. Public areas were clean and inviting. However breakfast was dismal. No hot food in the serving area, no fresh fruit 🍌 no milk for cereal. Some patrons asked the front desk about breakfast and the front desk lady contacted the kitchen staff. Finally some breaded chicken breast showed up. Slowly a few other things appeared, but if you needed to eat and run, you were out of luck. Maybe they are short on staff?

The stay was amazing, hotel was very clean, rooms were great and staff was amazing. Especially Gulya and Simon. They really took care of my family when I was at work. I traveled for a meeting and brought my whole family and while I was in the meetings they ensured my family was safe and peaceful.

Breakfast was good but the rooms were really cold and amazing. I highly recommend this hotel.

The staff is always so kind and helpful everytime I stay there. Simon is next level, when it comes to customer service. He will do everything he can to make sure your stay is enjoyable. Always a friendly smile when you walk into the hotel.

Stayed here many times recently over the course of a few months, never had any issues. Rooms seemed clean enough and the staff was always friendly.

My most recent stay however will be my last at this H2S. After checking in and arriving at my room, I pulled out the desk chair to sit and eat a meal and found what appeared to be a used "adult" item sitting on the chair (see pic). Pretty disgusting and absolutely unacceptable. Made me wonder if the chair hadn't even been pulled out from under the desk, had anything else in the room even been cleaned?

Went to the front desk and told the receptionist the situation and requested a new room, which they provided. New room had obvious signs of a lack of cleaning such as coffee stains on the bathroom counter and lots of crumbs around the fridge. I did complete my stay but won't return if I travel to the area in the future.

Great place to stay....was in a suite with a king bed....there was a slight language barrier issue as she murdered my name....Last name wasn't even close, had to use the conformation code to get my reserved room. Other than that it's a very clean and professional environment....(the pics are as I was checking out)

Extremely clean rooms and the service is wonderful ! Gulya is very helpful and welcoming. It’s refreshing to see an employee, such as herself, take pride and enjoy her job. I won’t be staying anywhere else.

Had a great experience here! Our room was very clean, accommodated us without a reservation and late at night. New hotel, appliances and everything in the hotel was clean. Breakfast had many options. Would totally stay again next time we come to Dayton! Super location, right near Austin's Landing and close to everything.
