Staff are fine, no issues with them, but this hotel sucks. 2am and you can hear everything above you as the people just kept banging and marching back and forth. Another person going up and down the hallways, the bed is a rock no pillow top here, the shower door doesn’t close all the way and the hallway and elevator smelled like weed. All the rooms are non-smoking but I was told sorry for the weed smell in the hotel. This is the 3rd Hilton hotel I have stayed at that loves to not enforce their no smoking policies so all the guests can get high in the hallways. I love spending my money or points to get a room to relax with the smell of weed and the marching band playing upstairs at 2am with cymbals. Checked out at 215am and went home so can’t tell u how breakfast was but as a diamond member I did get 2 free bottles of water and Rice Krispy treats. So if you love thin walls, super loud noises at 2am and the smell of weed in the non-smoking room hotel, this is the place for you! For me, never again.

Clean hotel. Great location next to many restaurants. Unfortunately the walls/doors are thin. I could hear everything. Do not stay on the first floor! I could hear them preparing for breakfast at 5:30am every day. It was loud.
Also, the gym was not the best I’ve used at a Hilton branded property. The peloton was fine, but a couple dumbbells were missing.

The room was fine other than the worn carpet. Location and cleanliness was fine as well. We had an issue after checking out. I saw that they tried to charge three different charges. When I called, the woman said It was because I had dogs (only 2 dogs, so why three charges?) - I told her that no one asked if we had dogs during check in and I assumed it was because dogs stayed for free as that is how it is at other dog friendly hotel chains we stay at.

She was extremely rude and told me she can charge me whatever she wants and when I asked her name she yelled “BYE” and hung up on me. She could have easily explained it in a kind way but instead she lashed out like an emotionally immature teen. I’m really surprised at how rude she was and that she clearly is mishandling my card by charging random charges hoping we don’t notice.

They could have called our room, talked to us while we were at breakfast or walked the 20 feet from the desk to our room to let us know there’s a charge for dogs. Super shady, look at your statement after you check out.

Situated at the edge of the plaza/ main strip, this was right behind the outback. My son and I were in town to visit wright State University for a jazz honor band for high schoolers. We ended up getting dinner and lunch close to the hotel a few times. There were a ton of options.
Hotel staff was lovely. My room was very clean and I had no issues with anything.
I did the contactless check-in and check out through the app. I had one question through the app and it was answered efficiently and quickly.

I was so impressed! For a 2 queen bed room we had a lot of space and room for storage. We stayed for 6 nights and enjoyed it.

Free breakfast ends at 10am. They have a good selection of self serve option.

Gym is small but nice. Inside the gym is also 2 washers and 2 dryers that cost $2.00 each.

Great location that is easy walk to many restaurants and businesses. I could walk to Kroger for my dinner food. The kitchen has regular size refrigerator, microwave, and a dishwasher.

Walk-in showers comes with ample shampoo, conditioner, and body wash dispensers on the wall.

This was such a nice hotel, being from the Dayton area you want to find somewhere safe to stay, and this area is just that. It’s in a nice part of Dayton, close to highway 675, target, nice restaurants nearby. The staff are all very nice, friendly, and seem like they love their jobs. Rooms are very spacious and come with everything you need. The rooms were clean. Breakfast has a good variety but it is the one thing I wish they served, eggs, bacon sausage, but still plenty more options to choose from and get your day started. This is a great option for a family or an extended stay. We will definitely be back to this hotel for our future trips to Ohio.

This is only my second experience at a Home2 property. It was pretty good overall. The bed was comfortable, but the pillows were a bit too soft for my taste. The room itself was comfortable and spacious. Everything was in good working order. The HVAC unit was a little noisy, but not overly so. Staff was pleasant and efficient.|The location is very good, close to a lot of restaurants and shops and easy to get to just off I-675.

By far the best hotel in Dayton and probably one of the best in Ohio.

The staff are super friendly, helpful, and professional. The rooms are sparkling clean, comfortable, and quiet. The breakfast and coffee are top notch. And the laundry facilities are excellent- including complimentary laundry detergent and dryer sheets.

The hotel itself is located within walking distance to restaurants and groceries. It’s also close the Greene and the highway- easy to get downtown or south towards Cincinnati.

I’ve stayed at hundreds of hotels, some more expensive, some less. This is the best of the best from an amenities, staff, cost, and location perspective. 100/10
