This is our second time staying at this hotel, and, again, it did not disappoint! The location is perfect; close to town (pizza places), and also several other food options nearby (my favorite dessert spot is Sugar Bakery). The rooms are clean and comfortable. The gym is well stocked with equipment (a necessity after eating pizza and cupcakes). The staff is very friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable. A special thanks to Patricia for taking such great care of us. You can feel how she cares about visitors having a great experience during their stay. She gave us several ideas for pizza and shopping locations, and we enjoyed discussing the items available at Sugar. (Like me, she has a sweet tooth too.) We will definitely be back to stay here on our next visit to CT.

Great experience staying at this Home2 Location. One of the cleanest I’ve stayed at. The complimentary breakfast was absolutely delicious. The laundry facility was also super convenient. JD who checked us in made our experience unforgettable, he was so personable and hospitable and truly made our stay!

I had a wonderful experience at this hotel. It was very clean, and our room was very clean too. Housekeeping was on top of it. When we checked in, JD told us about the pool hours and we had a great time with our grandkids there. He helped us with our travel plans to Tweed Airport in New Haven and made planning a breeze. Once we left, Alex assisted us with local recommendations for pizza spots in New Haven. We recommend Pepe’s too! We will definitely be back at this hotel

We have been staying at Home2's all up and down the east coast since 2020. We pick them for their consistency and 1 bedroom suite as we travel with our two kids. In general, this was your typical Home2 layout and it was very clean.

This room required you to put a card into a slot to turn the power on.. weird. Also the blinds were automatic but did not function at all. Room 411 if management is reading.

Breakfast in the morning was honestly gross.. the sandwiches they prepare and put out were rock solid and had old cracked cheese on them. The cereal was so stale.. their coffee station was almost completely depleted and the dishes piled up were just crazy.

We love the Hilton Home2 hotels and will continue to seek them out but we won't look at New Haven's location again..

I've been a guest here once a week since June 2024. Since the day I walked in, the staff were incredibly friendly. I would like to point out one in particular. Ms Patricia! Since the day I met her, she has gone above and beyond to ensure my stay is perfect. I travel weekly and it's tough being away from my home. Ms Patricia make me feel as if I am home every week with her pleasant attitude, her beautiful smile and her great sense of humor. She is truly a gem! All the staff is great! No complaints. I really enjoy my stay each week.

The location of the hotel is great, but I do wish they had a shuttle to the airport instead of having to grab a Lyft. They lifts are easy to grab to and from the airport. The rooms are super clean and comfortable. It's easy to make yourself at home in the room or in the lobby.
Most of the staff is friendly, especially Patricia and JD. They are always friendly and will talk to the guests and interact with them in the lobby.

As a diamond member, I tried to check in o a room on the 4th floor through the app, but it wouldn't allow me. Once I got to the hotel, Brian checked me in to a room on the first floor. When I opened the door to the room, I was met with a smell of gasoline. I suffer from terrible migraines and gasoline is a trigger for them, so I explained this and asked to be moved. He huffed and puffed and then finally changed my room. He was really rude to be honest- not very welcoming or friendly when I see him.
Breakfast is okay, but it gets the job done. The gym and laundry area are also nice features. The gym is usually pretty quiet, except when parents aren't watching their children and they come in and start playing around. I love that they have multiple water bottle refill areas throughout the facility.

We are from North Carolina and planned this trip to CT to visit family (North Haven & West Haven) this location was perfect. We booked this hotel because we spoke to "Patricia" before we made our online reservation and she answered all of our questions, was very professional and offered up a lot of local tidbits for us to complete our trip. During our stay she was very helpful as well. The room was impecabbly clean, bed & pillows so comfortable, the full size refrigerator and dishwasher were a plus. Room was adequately stocked with dinnerware and utensils. We will definately stay there again, and we have recommended this hotel to our other out of state family members.

Patricia C is awesome. Very friendly and helpful. She explained everything when I wanted to sign up for honors. The room was marvelous. The bed was the most comfortable I ever slept in. I slept for 12 hrs straight! And everything was super clean. Thank you for having a wonderful stay.
