!!Trust the other reviews about the staff!! Zero stars for Service. Never had an issue of this caliber at any other Hilton and we frequent Hilton hotels, we typically use the Home2 by the Savannah airport: The hotel staff at this location are completely unprofessional. They completely mishandled a noise complaint pertaining to my autistic son. The night guest attendant Coretta was extremely rude. She had a very nasty tone when she contacted the room, I told her to apologize to the guest for the disruption and explained to her that my son was autistic. she very hastily stated, “well we don’t accommodate for that so if we receive any other complaints we will have to call the police to have you removed.” I immediately contacted Corporate. There was no follow up from the GM of the hotel but I noticed 5,000 points were added to my account so I contacted corporate again and they informed me that the 5,000 points are what the GM allotted to me for the inconvenience and she told corporate that after an “investigation” the agent was not rude to me, one complaint turned into “multiple” complaints, and I was “offered the option to move, but declined, all of these claims were lies to cover up for the lack of accountability of the agent and the management. The multiple complaints were miraculous since my son had been asleep since 7pm that evening and only made noise when he woke up to use the bathroom and ran from the bathroom back to bed (for context my son also only weighs 30 pounds). Corporate tried to transfer me to the property but the GM was unavailable at the time, I had to call back and when I was finally able to speak to the GM Cristina, she was very rude, dismissive, and unprofessional, she told me that I was dragging this on and I should be satisfied with her compensation because she travels with her non verbal autistic nephew all of time so I asked her, “are you able to control all of his movements?” to which she replied no, but insisted that I should’ve been able to control my autistic child. I asked for the hotel owner’s information which she refused to provide to me. I would NEVER stay at this property again.

Very nice hotel. Quality finishes, great design overall but especially room design with everything you would need when doing a road trip. Very clean and fresh. The only caveat was the the breakfast, as when we came down 30 minutes prior to the breakfast close down time there was almost nothing left. Should the hotel undertake to keep their breakfast bar better stocked, I would definitely rate it 5-star overall

A great stay for 3 days! The room was great and the space we needed. Breakfast was not good at all. Food was either hard and old or was new but undercooked and still looked unappetizing. Oatmeal was like runny soup all 3 mornings. But overall this was a 10 star stay! Will definitely stay again when in Savannah!

The designers of this hotel listened to all the reviews travelers have left. This is a suite— really designed for extended stay. With decent size refrigerator, dishwasher and big microwave. Real China dish ware and glass tumblers. The room is spacious with a couch which is also a sleeper. Makes TV watching so much better. The lighting is awesome and in all the right places. Storage goes on forever. 2 queens and a sleeper would handle a family of 6. Bathroom is a little tight, but would work even with a family. This is a newer property and am glad we found it. The outside has a beautiful pool and patio area with 2 bbq grills and in front behind a shelter screen is another patio seating area with a gas fireplace. Like I said, they thought of everything. Our front desk person, Max, told us about the Georgia Comfort Kitchen, which was also a winner.

They should post NO PARKING SIGNS by the main entrance, it impedes traffic when guests cannot pull up and unload their items and/passengers.

This happened 3 of the 4 nights that we stayed at this location

When I mentioned the issue to the front desk clerk she seemed to be aloof!

Hotel just opened, I can understand how staff are NOT fully versed.

My family and I stayed during the storm. Check in was amazing quick and easy. Rooms were very large and beds were very comfortable. The coffee bar and breakfast was amazing every morning. Staff was always kind and knowledgeable about area and situation with the storm. This would be a great place for family or romantic get away! The price was better then most. Full size fridge dishwasher in rooms and amazing shower. Worth Every Penny!

Located in a new development so location can be confusing. Clean and new, the front desk staff were friendly but the cleaning staff could use a bit of training. I had a lot of luggage and instead of letting me use the elevator to go up to my room, a cleaning staff entered the elevator and just said sorry and made me wait for the next one.

Breakfast is top notch, best free breakfast I’ve had at any Hilton location. Wish the waffle batter was a bit thinner so it gets the Belgian crisp with a single round of cooking.

This new Hilton property is convenient to I-95 and it's new...so it has a lot going for it....but my review will break down my impressions from two view points...the hotel itself and the staff/management of it.||The hotel itself is modern. It has a nice colorful lobby and comfy chairs...there is a nice terrace/patio outside to enjoy the outdoors. There are 4 EV charging stations, which I loved. Our room was big, clean and spacious. The gym was adequate and they had Brita filtered water dispensers for guests.||My personal experience with the way the hotel is run was not great. The first thing is when we walked into the lobby, they had FOX News on the main TV. C'mon..They are broadcasting a politically charged station for EVERY guest to experience A TV station that paid over $787 million for acknowledging that they were guilty of defamation and lies regarding the 2020 election. Try local news or HGTV, Animal planet or the Food Network. I had requested on the Hilton app to have my room ready for 3pm (check in time starts at 3pm). As I arrived at the hotel at 4:20pm, I had noticed that my digital key was still not ready. I walked to the counter and the lady said the room is still not ready. They gave me another one, which is not what I wanted....||To me, this whole experience was poorly managed.
