It was great place. Highly recommend. Very quiet and friendly. Had basic but good breakfast. Waffles were good. It's really across the street from Walmart, cracker barrel dollar store and many fast food as well within just one block. Not sure about others concern but this place was perfect and will be back again compared to the super 8 I use to stay at in Little Rock. This is very safe and lovely staff very helpful goes beyond to help

Very neat and clean place to stay I unfortunately stopped by while heading towards Texas as my truck breakdown.
Check in procedure very fast and smooth
A lot of eatery nearby
Walmart at walkable distance
The staff were professional and very politely.
Overall I would love to stay while I'm back to town again.

What really made this an amazing stay was the night shift worker Hannah! I asked her many questions and she answered all of them with 100% knowledge of the hotel that at first I thought she had to be the owner or manager. Out of 5 stars I would give her 10 stars. Give that girl a raise! She really makes your hotel pleasant. I guarantee my next stay will be a night time check in just so I can feel the welcomeness that she made me feel! Thank you Hannah!!

Good breakfast. Room was very comfortable and was able to relax well. Great quite place to stay. Definitely will be back. Clerk assistant was very helpful.

Very poor service. Made a reservation for an employee through my American Express card when he went to check in they said he had to use a credit card in his name. There was nothing they could do they would not refund because their policy is not to refund..... I ended up putting in the La Quinta inn. Service was way better there. I have made reservations for many employees and many hotels and I have never had this happen ever. The lady behind the counter was rude. Stay away from this place

Definitely look for independent reviews on Hometown Hotel in Bryant Arkansas. Very crooked place, took my money. Independent reviews show this place has been stealing for many years. Wish I had looked at the many negative experiences others have had just like my own.

Everything was good, well maintained property, we have stayed here few tines its a home away from our home for us.
Staff was very accommodating and welcoming.

This hotel had one of the lowest rates in the area. Usually hotels with low rates are in various levels of make over with a lot to be desired. We were surprised to find this place to be in good repair and everything working. Our room and public areas were very clean. All contact with the staff was friendly, efficient and professional. The staff was very helpful regarding issues in the facility and in the area outside, providing information on restaurant locations and quality. The stay here was totally worth the money. We have paid more at other hotels and not getting nearly as nice facilities and service. We recommend this hotel without any reservations.
