This place is awesome has full kitchen and breakfast is delicious. The only thing I have a problem with is the accidental charge is crazy. So they charge me for something I have not done or will do and they take you money yet takes 7 days to return it. That's crazy but ok. Overall very nice place

Hotel room was infested with ants. The front desk said it is a known problem in the entire hotel. They are coming up through the pipes.
The ants were on all the counter tops, the curtains, and all of our clothes.

The manager does not return any phone calls regarding the issue.

If you need to stay somewhere for more then a couple days this place is perfect, I had the pots and pans to cook with all the utensils etc.. and breakfast always offered mexican food along with your normal American food

Had family emergency and needed to return home to Texas. Hilton Honors contacted hotel and asked for a cancellation at 11:30 am on the day of arrival. Not only did the hotel refuse to cancel, unlike all others I have dealt with around the country, they charged me the full room rate for the night. Will never book here again, and I will make sure none of my company employees use this hotel in the future. As a lifetime Diamond member, I would expect a little consideration from Homewood Suite.

I travel all the time and always try to stay at Hilton whenever I can due to being a creature of habit. Kellya or kellyia (however you spell her name) struck me as super rude.

My team is commissioning 3 new stations in the area. This place is not going to be used for any future stays. #BeRespectful

We stayed Sat evening - our first room had a slight smell and Mr. Patel at the front desk moved us immediately and took great care of us. We enjoyed the breakfast - a full hot breakfast with pork breakfast tacos - a fun twist for our morning!
