The suite was amazing however, we didn't have time to use the kitchenette as we would have liked too. The receptionist and staff were great. The only issue we encounter was that the TV channel weren't working but their apps did so it didn't matter. We had complimentary breakfast every morning if we wanted. The breakfast was ok. Checkout was a breeze.|They had a fitness area, a pool and an outdoor half court for basketball. There was a laundry room that one can use.

Took my family here because it is newly renovated with a pool and hot tub. The hot tub had obscene amounts of chlorine in it, so much so that it completely burned our skin and BLEACHED the color off of our swimsuits! Their resolution to this problem was insulting at the very best. Hotel management refused to call me or email me back after several emails to them and also insisted that they call me to the hotel staff. They’ll surely respond to my attorney.

Clean with great service! Breakfast area was constantly cleaned and serviced. Coffee was always full. Clean gym and pool area. Our room was a king suite and was spacious with a full sized fridge, microwave, and sink with dishes. Had a workspace and sitting area. Drive to the main Yale campus was about 15 minutes. Costco, target, and Walmart were all just a few miles away.

Stay here on occasion as I do business with a nearby organization. Rooms are clean and spacious, free breakfast is fantastic, and location is perfect. Maintenance is lacking! During my stay last month, the pool water was green and was told the filter system was broken. air conditioner was broken and took 2 days to replace. Reserved a room the following month and the entire pool/hot tub area was out of order again. Rented an EV vehicle knowing that they have 8 chargers on premises but they too we're all out of order. This turned into a bigger hassle than I could've expected. There was no indication on their website that these were not available/out of order but, when inquiring about the issues, was referred to a printed piece of paper at the front desk.

I believe the front desk staff quoted me the wrong price as I booked online for nearly 40 % less. When I checked in the staff was extremely unpleasant and gave me the wrong room type. It was a hassle to get the room switched. When I finally got the correct room I found it to be dirty. Bathroom was filthy. One of the beds appeared as if the sheets had not been changed from the previous guest. I definitely would not recommend.

My wife and I have no complaints regarding our stay.

The staff was friendly and accommodating, the pool was perfect for our family and the breakfast in the morning was a splendid perk.

If we ever need, we will book this place again when in the area.

Such a pleasant experience booking was easy and on arrival check in was literally under 2 minutes. The parking is good for average size vehicles and the area reasonably safe. The grounds and buildings are first class inside and outside. Staff are 5 star and rooms clean, and up to date. Beds and pillows are perfect. | The breakfast is clean as a pin and a lot of effort by staff to present it well. The food choices are this hotels weak point, the food just doesn’t match the rest of the experience. You could eat it if you are hungry or can take time to visit a restaurant. I think if I owned this hotel I would sent my chef to the south for training.
