We ordered a queen bed this bed looks like a full & ITS TERRIBLE.We woke up in pain.
There is a coffee maker in the room.
It's got white stuff all in the bottom of it & no coffee to put even put in it!!!
Toilet seat won't stay up.
There were old hairs in all over the bathroom dirt build up & dust build up every where!!!

It has potential but it's very old out dated the house keeping didn't have a sweeper or a mop.

First you’d think being right by base, for training/events, would be a plus… well think again. Staff was friendly, even though they gave me a run around about printing out my receipt to use for my voucher, but the hotel is an overpriced Motel 6. You don’t get what you pay for, room service was underwhelming, ants crawling around bathroom, cobwebs, dirty amenities, made you second guess using the microwave or coffee maker. My advice is to stay near the mall, only a ten minute commute to the base with hotels around the same price.

The rooms are pretty large in my opinion, but I don't often stay at 5 star resorts.

A lot of reviews stated the rooms are outdated, however, our room had phone to TV mirroring capabilities and multiple USB ports.

The bed is a little hard, yes, but I don't think they're going to pay $2,000 or more for Purple Mattresses in every room. Some people enjoy hard mattresses.

Overall, I think this is a great hotel for the price. I'm not sure what kind of expensive resorts the people in these reviews are used to staying at, but we didn't have any problems with our 2 rooms.

The staff were very friendly and the housekeepers did a wonderful job. Our room was very clean when we first came for our stay, and was cleaned every day with fresh linens restocked. However, the room we stayed in was very dated. I hope they will consider updating things- the hotel would be perfect if it was more modern.

Attended a business luncheon for around 100 ppl. Buffet lines ran out of food and were not monitored. Staff eventually brought more, but 10-15 of us got a snack, definitely not lunch. Program started and would have been awkward to get back up.

3/22/25 found bedbugs in the bed. Took the bug down to the hotel desk. They refused to give money back, they said you would have to call back in a week to talk to a manager. She may or may not take your call regarding this. Lady at the front desk said she was advised to not give any documentation this happened and or give her name for reference.

DO NOT STAY HERE. Base police are sending out housing authority’s to check the situation out due to they are being very weird about not providing any documentation or names to call back with.

We stayed at this hotel for a soccer tournament. This hotel is limited for groups, there isn't a pool, or a breakfast area. The hotel is at the entrance of the Air Force Base. If you're arriving at the hotel at night it may be difficult to see the entrance for the hotel. There were multiple people that missed the turn for the hotel in ended up having to go through base security. The hotel rooms were very dated and smaller than the typical hotels we stayed at. There is a restaurant on site which was very convenient and the food wasn't half bad. If you are coming for something on the Air Force Base it would be super convenient.

I read other reviews and saw you canceled a few reservations for emergencies. I had an emergency called and sent you an email and got no response. But you still charged us 84.00 and didn't even stay there that's pathetic and stick the 84 dollars up your ass.
