Had a perfect, relaxing getaway here. Rooms are mod and minimalist. Linens and bath products exceptional. Three mineral-spring fed pools offer a variety of options. Beautiful landscaping and mountain views. Friendly staff. What my wife described as "the best massage of my life." Delicious breakfast and all-day snacks. There's not much within walking distance, but you may not find yourself wanting to leave.

A wonderful place! A relaxing getaway close to Joshua Tree and Palm Springs. Three mineral pools at different temperatures and mineral water on tap for drinking. No children allowed. The room was basic and comfortable with a semi private patio. Love the robes they provided. Overall a truly perfect, quiet spot to soak in the stars and hot springs - I highly recommend!

This was our second visit and Hope Springs is as chic and calming as it was on our first visit nearly 10 years ago. New owners have upgraded the bathrooms but kept the serene atmos, with a great inclusive buffet breakfast and 'quiet' rules for guests. Robes and pool towels are all included and there is a new communal kitchen and patio eating area, complete with gas BBQ. Note that it's best if you arrive with your own food so you can prepare your own meals, otherwise it's a drive to local restaurants (and once you arrive, you won't want to leave!).

Just wrapped up our stay at Hope Springs Resort and had a wonderful time. Just a quick little getaway for my wife and I, we took a couple days to decompress, relax, and just disconnect from our daily lives. Left our kids at home with grandpa and decided to have a little staycation. We’re residents of Palm Desert (semi-locale), but have lived all over the country and have experienced a lot of great little getaways. This hotel was perfect and we have to hand it to the owner (Todd) for not only providing a great experience, but a memorable one. The property was great. Quiet, clean, meticulously landscaped, and quite serene. The rooms were perfect, very minimalistic, clean, and just the right amount of amenities. The common grounds were beautifully kept and thoughtfully designed, a great overall aesthetic. The property was quiet overall and far enough removed from a major traffic area, not much traffic noise throughout our stay. The proximity to eateries was convenient enough to go try out some local restaurants, we ate at a few and they were all solid. One of my major compliments was to Todd and his overall engagement with us during our stay. I’m very talkative (extrovert) and enjoy talking to anyone/everyone, Todd reciprocated. The amenities in the kitchens seemed very thoughtful and recognized many dietary needs that people might require or request, plenty of dairy free and gluten free options. The fridge was beyond generous in their assortment, as well as their coffee and tea offering. The “continental” breakfast was one of the best I’ve seen, good assortment and more than enough for all the guests. Good quality in the offering as well. Plenty of snacks and treats available all day as well. These little things go a long way in my book and I sincerely appreciate it’s convenience as well. Really want to thank Todd for the considerate gift given to us upon check-in, we enjoyed it during one of our evening soaks. I treated my wife to an on-property massage with the scalp tingler and she absolutely loved it, enjoyed every second of it and said that she wished I would’ve gotten one too. Maybe next time! The pools were so relaxing, so calming, and so refreshing, all at the same time. Feel years younger and feel quite relaxed for the first time in a long time. To sum it up, we will definitely be returning in the future and will likely recommend this resort to many friends, family, and clients in the near future. Great job providing a great experience and look forward to our next visit. Keep up the good work!

At first I wasn't so sure as we drove through some rough areas of town. The facility itself is very, very clean and well maintained. Very simple and quiet. The pools were wonderful and had no smell. They were warm and the water from the refill station was delicious. The pools remain open at night for star gazing and relaxation. Everyone is very respectful and quiet. The owner is so sweet and had berry bowls ready in the morning. I'd stay again in a heartbeat. Not far from downtown Palm springs either. Also. No kids allowed. No getting splashed. I loved it

Hope Springs is perfection. Rooms are so simple and crisp. The rooms with the kitchen have everything you need and if you don’t spring for that, the communal kitchen and bbq are all you need. If I knew how great Hope Springs Resort was, I never would’ve left to go out and about. The mineral pools are simply amazing. The complimentary breakfast is perfect too. Fresh berries, yogurt, granola, hot coffee or tea. The staff is so amazing. Overall, when I travel back to PS, this is my first choice, hopefully they will allow me back ?.

We are regular visitors of desert hot springs. When our favorite place was recently sold and under new management we thought we would try this new property. While it’s a lovely property, it is a place for people who take their silence and quiet very seriously. If you are traveling with a friend expect to speak in hushed tones. We missed the relaxing atmosphere of our former favorite place that was more peaceful with a much more casual less ascetic vibe. ||Pros:|- quiet, private and intimate |- Communal spaces including small kitchen, outdoor patio, and lobby with mid century modern design|- Nice view of the mountain from patio |- Free basic breakfast and snacks||Cons:|- Basic rooms with beds low to the floor. As an older person this may be uncomfortable to get in/out of|- No tv or desk in rooms|- One very hot pool but the two other pools are quite chilly and require you to get in/out of to walk to

This place is probably my favorite hotel in PS. The property (including the three spas) was flawlessly kept. The vibe is very chill and quiet. On top of all of that, this place is a hidden gem for those who appreciate midcentury modern architecture and design.
