If you guys are coming to Hot Spring you need to come to this place and rent an E-Bike to drive around the city! The guy at the front super friendly and gave us incredible recommendations about places to go and what to do with the bikes! I recommended this 100%, if you get the chance to do the whole day rental is worth it! The E-bikes are on great conditions and the price for the rentals are really good too. Going to the observatory It hits different with one of this ones! Super happy about this!

This place is the BEST! My friend and I did the water tasting tour in Hot Springs with Coleman, who's an outstanding guide. It's a great way to get a feel for the town, learn some history, and experience the wonders of the springs. We also rented e-bikes for the day--made it easy and fun to explore the town and the park. Our e-bikes were in great shape, prices were reasonable, and customer service was excellent. Both Coleman and Brian are knowledgeable, friendly, and helpful. Highly recommend!

The best experience I could have asked for. Came down for my birthday with my partner and we rented the e bikes and the owner was so helpful with any questions you had in the area and was very informative. I will definitely be back when in hot springs and recommend to other people! Love seeing this business do so well!

Do yourself a favor and rent an E-bike from here! The owner was very helpful and even suggested rides to take and they did not disappoint! Very friendly and helpful…will definitely rent from here again during my next visit.

Coleman is a great resource to have in Hot Springs. Excellent customer service. The bikes we rented were awesome & performed with any fault. We are already planning another trip bike. The trails in this area well maintained and marked. Thank you Hot Springs Touring Bicycle Company!!!

Super friendly, super knowledgeable, and a great resource for information. Coleman gave us some guidance and we had a wonderful time biking in the Hot Springs. The shop is easy to find, plenty of parking, cute art inside, and nice bikes to rent. Trails are only 10 mins away, too! We will definitely return.

I needed rim strips and I had been making the mistake of paying more for lesser quality bicycle items online. I felt bad that it took me this long to discover this bicycle shop! First, it's clean and it's loaded with cool local things. The water cooler has local spring water, the table of books on local attractions, and the tour guide that can take you on a bicycle tour of downtown. Second, the bicycle trail is right there and you can rent bicycles here. There's a lot to choose from. I've driven by here and had seen large groups getting ready for the trails or maybe a downtown tour. In the era of pandemic, I'd argue this is the perfect setting for a large work or family group. If you're a tourist then this could be a lot of fun and a great place to begin!

What a fun experience! My 14 year old daughter and I rented a couple of bikes and rode the Hot Springs Creek Greenway Trail. It was so enjoyable and such a beautiful ride. The shop did a great job getting us comfortable with the bikes and we left feeling really confident. The e-bikes were so easy to use and made biking so easy. Don't be intimidated by your level of fitness! My daughter and I are not the most active and we had no trouble at all. Great experience and awesome shop!
