So far, I have had a decent experience with this company. I've worked at a specific location for 3 1/2 years and we just recently switched our management to Hotel Equities and, while strict, they are compassionate for the most part. I have been written up but not fired. I'm am not going to make it easy for them even though at least one of my write ups was not entirely true. I only signed it because I didn't know what would happen if I didn't comply with what was said. I later found out that write ups stay on your work profile for a year. Should I get another write up, it will be my final warning. Plz pray for me. I love, need, and really want my job. Idle hands are the devils playground.

Don't work with this company and definitely don't resign in the middle of a pay period. I put in my notice on a Wednesday-a full 2 week notice and worked the whole two weeks. I received my normal paycheck and that was it and never received the final 3 days that I worked. I had issues with this company the last 2-3 months that I worked here. My GM pushed me out of the company-insisting that I stole money when the money was missing before I got there. I tried to call and email HR about my missing pay and NEVER got a call or anything back. I'm considering filing a missing pay claim with the state.

I have been with hotel equities( Fairfield inn and suites) for a lil over a year. I love my job but the only problem I had is that they change general managers too much. The hotel was fine until these last two general managers came and turn it upside down. Employees who were employed here for months and years left because of all the foolishness the new general manager ( who only been there a week)was doing. Right now pretty much all of the employees are gone from this hotel. It's a shame cause it's a nice place to work but management sucks....

I am currently a Marketing Coordinator and LOVE my job! I have the most supportive team and a very understanding boss. My on boarding process went very well- the learning curve was not too rocky with encouragement and support from my peers. I learn something new everyday which is very important to me. Overall great company!

DO NOT WORK HERE. This company has poor upper and working management. My position was terminated as a scapegoat for staff walking out on management due to Corporate HR not handling HR concerns properly. (Myself and staff included were being forced to work 70-90 work weeks while management took weekends and holidays off). This has ultimately hurt my career significantly, as I have struggled with finding employment since. The Corp. HR office has no idea about any legal employment state law and will filter out employees rather than focusing on the real issues. STAY AWAY!

Incredible company to work for, great culture, right amount of emphasis on owners, guests and associates. All 3 are equally important and the culture @ Hotel Equities is centered around these 3 important pieces. Hotel Equities has provided their conference room space every week for the past 10 years to our group called Life Lessons Over Lunch focused on providing a Mind, Body, Spirit program.
