Location was perfect and close our destination.
Rooms were clean and well appointed. However, Online booking was uncoordinated with Booking.com. Passcodes were changed and didn’t work consistently with both the room and hotel entry. Breakfast food was cold (ie cold eggs and sausage). Waffle mix was watery and unusable.

In all my years of travel, I Don’t think I have ever come across a more pleasant group employees that I met at this motel. Everyone was so friendly and helpful. They made me feel like I was at home. The motel was crystal clean and inviting!

This is the second time I've stayed in this hotel AND it's begging for a review! IT REALLY FELT LIKE YOU WERE STAYING AT HOME AWAY FROM HOME!

Bobbi at the front desk is amazing! She's warm and inviting. Has a welcoming smile and knows about the fun and Kool happenings around town.

Taking a second look around this newly refurbished hotel, one can tell this place is THE PLACE to bring all of yoom ur stays; business OR pleasure! With a ping-pong table next to the gym, who needs a better workout 💪!

There's always something to snack on! Whether you're wanting something from the vending machines or an always inviting apple. Paired with a complementary tea, you can get straight to work. With the free WiFi you're able to get done with any and all work demands.

What I never noticed until my 2nd stay, is the perfect lobby area! Even better than my living room with puzzles and engaging board games. When you're talking about amenities vs. the other hotels in town, there's definitely more just like home feel. From the biscuits and definitely homemade gravy breakfast to the fluffy pillows, fresh towels and AMAZING water pressure! This is the place to stay, play and relax a home away from home.

Let me preference this by saying the staff at the hotel are amazing and kind and very patient the rooms were excellent and I loved having a roku in my room. Now on to the very negatives. On the website it said that the money for the room wouldn't be taken out until check in but apparently that meant 24 hours before check in becuase the hotel tried to take the money out of my account early, but I try to be nice about stuff like that sometimes policies change and the website doesn't get updated right away not a big deal. Now onto my major problem. I checked in Friday night and then an extra 150 was withdrawn from my account to cover any damages done to the room which wasn't a big deal left me a little short but I was assured by the hotel that the money would be back into my account the day I check out. I checked out and then waited in Iowa for 3 hours for the money to go back into my account but I figured it's Sunday the money will come back into my account Monday morning so I take off and head back home. Tuesday comes the money is not back into my account. So I told myself I'll call the bank on Wednesday and see what's going on because the hotel said they would void the charge Sunday correct? Nope it got voided Wednesday morning on their end. 4 days past check out 3 business days past check out if you want to go about it that way. I know it's not a problem with my bank becuase I have stayed at other hotels and never had this problem I hope it was just an honest mistake I really do because I feel like I got screwed over.

Hotel Pommier was a great place to stay - the room was clean, quiet, and the wifi was great. I was traveling by myself and felt extremely safe with keypad locks on the room door and external doors. I was only there for a couple of nights so I can’t vouch for the room refresh services since I didn’t need them, but based on the cleanliness of the room originally I can only assume they would be great. Overall an amazing place to stay at a super reasonable price! If I’m ever in the area again I’ll definitely re-visit.

When we first got to the room I enjoyed that there was alot of space I love the little couch I had a smile on the little note with the smile face if I ever come back I'll come to you guys hotel bc I really enjoyed the breakfast as well

We had a bit of confusion at check-in, but it was quickly resolved. The staff here is incredibly accommodating and friendly. The rooms were very clean, and the hotel was surprisingly quiet with it being sold out with race fans. The breakfast was plentiful, although basic. There are plenty of restaurants nearby if you feel you need something different or more. The area is lovely. Minutes from the town square that have lots of great shops, Walmart is across the street. The hotel does not have an elevator, so if you have a problem with stairs, make sure you request a 1st floor room. There is a nice patio to relax on, and you can play corn hole. There is also ping pong and a small fitness center.

Trisha is a gift from God. She was very polite, gave eye contact firm handshake. She made me feel like I was family and I'm only a visitor. Easily the best customer service that I've experienced in Indianola. Thank you for making that so easy. Give her a raise as soon as possible
