We had a wonderful experience with the Hualapai tribe on September 21, 2024. We stopped in to the gas station and the employees were very friendly. We talked about the Diamond Creek Road and if there was any recent flooding as we were about to pick up river runners. We also dealt with a really great Hualapai Ranger at the Diamond Creek Takeout. The road was well maintained and easy to access. I’d highly recommend taking out at Diamond Creek. Wonderful people! Beautiful place!

No idea why they’d go down this road. For some reason they love some bad publicity
