Humboldt Weddings Co was the best decision I made when planning my Humboldt wedding. Karee and Bre are responsive, creative and professional. Working with Karee in researching and communicating with vendors, creating the aesthetic of our wedding day, and providing support every step of the way made my wedding day and the days leading up to it relaxing and enjoyable. On the day of our wedding I could just sit back and take in the day because I knew Karee and Bre had all of the details covered. I would recommend this business to anyone getting married in the Humboldt area! Not to mention they have cute wedding decor for rent (makes things easy!). Thank you Karee and Bre!!

The English language doesn't have the words to completely capture the caliber of service that Karee and Bre provided on our wedding day or the days leading up to it. From our first meeting with Karee, we knew that this was one of the top 3 best investments that we would make for our wedding and boy did they deliver! Karee navigated and coordinated vendor relationships with grace and confidence, even cancelling a contract with a venue on our behalf (I detest conflict, so this was a huge deal for me) so that we could focus exclusively on the aspects of our wedding that would bring us the most joy. She was exceptionally organized and made herself available anytime I needed, especially when the stress of the wedding started to creep in, reminding me that this is a day for and about love, and she truly made sure that it was.

On the day of, she and Bre created STUNNING tablescapes that were exactly the way I had imagined them, managed all of our vendors and guests, made sure that everything was perfect visually and functionally despite the unexpected downpour that took place after our first dance, mobilized vendors to move the entire reception to a dry location when the rain persisted, and SOMEHOW even made sure to check in with us throughout the day and night to fill wine glasses and bring us a plate of food after the ceremony because they thought we might be hungry. Between the freak weather, the band leaving, and the required improvisation that our wedding ended up demanding, I imagine it was a pretty stressful day for them, and yet, we only experienced love, thoughtfulness, and professionalism from Karee and Bre for the entire day and night.

Because of their grounded nature and tactfulness, we were able to step into a fairy-tale wedding and enjoy every moment of it instead of having to switch between being bride and groom and planner/customer/manager/mediator/clean up crew. That would not have been possible without Humboldt Wedding Co. If you are on the fence about hiring them, let this be your sign to take the leap.

Thank you Karee and Bre, for helping us to truly enjoy the best day of our lives together (so far) in the most embodied way we possibly could. We will always be grateful.

Humboldt Wedding Co. helped us pull off our DREAM wedding. I loved how relaxed Karee made me feel throughout the whole process, both leading up to the wedding and on our wedding day. She was incredibly organized, made sure we had everything we needed, helped us create and execute our timeline on our wedding day, worked great with all of our friends that volunteered to help with set-up, and helped us stay within out budget. She also made critical last minute decisions with our vendors to make sure everything went smoothly and did not stop working throughout the night. Because of Humboldt Wedding Co., I did not experience a moment of stress on my wedding day. It was pure magic! Could not recommend them enough!

They facilitated all the communication with the venders, made signs, set up the day before, coordinated the rehearsal, helped clean, made sure we stayed hydrated, and were just such an awesome presence to have with us on our special day.
