The staff was very accommodating we arrived on Christmas night. When most things where closed we had a few drinks and a light snack at the small restaurant. They allowed us to use the dishes and microwave in the breakfast area, so we could warm us some food we had brought back. ||The room was very comfortable for our family, we had 2 full sized beds plus a sitting area with a sofa. The layout of the room was just as pictured when I made my reservation. Very satisfied with our stay.

I really enjoy staying here when in the area, the staff is second to none ! Everyone is a class act regardless of their position in the facility. Affordable, clean and the pool size hot tub is a welcome luxury.

Excellent location just off of both i-93 and i-95 and about 5 minutes from the Milford rail station. Rooms are very spacious and include a wet bar and refrigerator as well as a couch and large seating area. Breakfast includes hot and cold items. They have a small bar in the lobby and a good fitness center which includes a bike and a couple of treadmills. The only negative is the coffee in the lobby in the morning was tepid and not very good. Otherwise it's an excellent stay and highly recommend. Great value for price paid.

This hotel has a small cafe area that you can order drinks and food at however it seems like the front desk person was also the person to help at the Cafe area so if you are checking in you have to wait while they help the cafe customer. The room had a sitting area with a couch, a counter top that had a coffee maker on top, a sink and a mini fridge but no microwave which could easily had fit in this space. There was a small desk area as well. The room could definitely use some updating but overall was comfortable and good for the 1 night stay I used it for. The area the hotel in is very convenient as it is right off of 95 and there are plenty of places to eat, get gas and coffee.

My husband and I have been staying here on and off for the last five years.
The rooms are spacious, clean and comfortable. The staff is amazing they are friendly and accommodating. Every morning the coffee was there waiting when we came down for breakfast. Let’s just say the beautiful spread of breakfast delights was delicious and fresh. Lots of juices and fruits with yogurt and granola for the healthy appetite. The gym has all you need to get your workouts in including a peloton. Score there. Poland spring water for your thirst available in the gym and jacuzzi. Last but not least the jacuzzi is pool size extremely relaxing with fresh clean towels to dry off
I highly recommend staying here
It’s also dog friendly which is a added luxury because all of us animal lovers know they are more than just pets they our are family

Excellent stay at the Milford Hyatt Place. Rooms and common areas were clean, breakfast was pretty good, but what topped it all was the customer service. Everyone we spoke with from the moment we checked in until the moment we checked out were the nicest, most upbeat, and helpful people we have come across in the last couple of years in the hotel industry. Dog friendly as well.

The receptionist was very kind at check in. The layout of the room was excellent (king bed + couch studio suite) compared with similar ones my husband, child, and I have had. The included breakfast was higher quality and more substantial than typical at hotels like this one.

The hotel is in a good location near the highway, so very convenient. Stuff is friendly. Typical breakfast buffet. Please understand this is not a five star hotel, but for the price they charge it offers everything you and it is clean.
