I was here for a conference and very well enjoyed my stay. The room was great and loved having a balcony even though I wasn’t going to use it in the winter. The staff did a wonderful job cleaning up my room daily.

I do wish there were more things closer to this location. For example, I wanted to go to a cigar bar but it was like 20-30 mins away. I asked what else there was in town and it seemed like the only thing good was the bar across the street. Oh well….. still a great hotel.

Pillow are so fluffy that they flatten completely when you sleep on them you sort of don't notice but they could be more firm. Rooms were fully functioning with brand new washroom amenities no old shower heads or sinks all is new and the rooms are excellent condition and extremely well maintained.||||Valet system is amazing and the room was very quiet and felt very safe during our visit. Nice hotel!!!

Amazing stay at this Hyatt. Upgraded to a beautiful room and the bed and pillows were just perfect! Very clean and modern. For security reasons, I love that you need a room key to use the elevators up to the rooms. Requests for items were promptly delivered to the room with a smile by the hospital staff and the front desk agents were lovely.

The staff was amazing at the front desk. They were eager to help despite their being so many guests. The rooms were clean and so comfortable. I was able to work in between the event I was there to attend because of the set-up of the room. Loved the location, within walking distance of restaurants.

Good location. Friendly staff and the hotel is super clean. The restaurant has decent food but the staff are very nice and enjoy talking with them. Only downfall can be parking on the weekend with weddings, conferences or dance competition.

Great hotel! I stayed here for a two-day conference. The food and conference rooms were excellent. My hotel room was large, comfortable and modern with a large smart tv and a large walk-in shower. The staff was completely welcoming and accommodating.

Super loud and crowded during our stay. Understandable that there was a dance competition but could hear doors slamming, people screaming, music all through the night. I will say the complimentary breakfast was on point. Best I've ever had. Amazing service, food. I give that a 10/10. Customer service at the hotel is great too, just dont stay here if you want a quiet night.

Just wanted to leave a review about my visit to the Hyatt Regency New Brunswick.

It was absolutely exceptional !!!

The hotel itself is beautiful and well-located, but the remarkable staff truly made the experience shine. Every interaction was positive, with everyone going above and beyond. I especially want to commend Javier Ovando, the Front Desk Manager. Thank you for helping turn a difficult situation into a great story about how great customer service can elevate your visit and the organization/property. Thanks to the incredible staff, especially Javier.

Bar none, this is the place to stay when visiting in and around the New Brunswick area. I highly recommend this hotel!
