DO NOT USE HY'S LIMO!!!!!!

What started as a mild inconvenience has turned into a literal nightmare. Our driver was late picking us up on Saturday. I called Hy's in the days following trying to get a refund for the time we didn't use to no avail. I ended up writing a harsh review with one star, desperate for some sort of customer service to help me. Eventually they reached out (Tuesday) and gave me a partial refund of around $300, and I took down the review. All I wanted was for them to stop ghosting me and give me my money back for the service we didn't receive.

Today (Wednesday) I saw Hy's charged my credit card $200 - for what? They emailed me that they aren't refunding me because of the original review (which by the way, had already been taken down!). I am in complete disbelief that a company would charge a customer's credit card WITHOUT AUTHORIZATION. I called Hy's and they claim no one is in the office to help me - just dispatch. At the very least, it's completely unprofessional and unacceptable for a business to not have any sort of finance, billing, customer service, etc. available during weekday business hours.

I've spent more time figuring out this massive error than I did riding in the Hy's limo. Now, I'm just working with my credit card company to dispute the charges and of course writing this second review, which is FAR worse than the original!

If you're planning an important event, I beg you to use literally any other service except Hy's. Calling an Uber would be more reliable. A horse and buggy would be better, because at least the horse can't charge your credit card without authorization.

Any past Hy's customers, I advise you to get a new credit card number because you are at risk of being charged if they don't like your review.

To the Hy's team, if you're reading this, feel free to cancel the charge and award me the ADDITIONAL $100 you offered me to remove the original review (which was already taken down by the time I saw your email - seriously, all I wanted was some customer service!).
