My daughter and her finance decided to have their wedding a beautiful park in Cincinnati. There are a lot of moving parts when it comes to an outdoor wedding. We decided to hire Heidi and her team at I Thee Wed to handle everything and work with and coordinate all the vendors. They did an awesome job! Heidi created a project plan/timeline and created a budget worksheet. She was very diligent about keeping us on task and budget. This removed a huge weight from our shoulders and reduced a ton of stress. It would have been very challenging to have had the kind of wedding my daughter wanted without Heidi's and I Thee Wed's services. Heidi is very professional and caring. I highly recommend I Thee Wed.

We highly recommend Heidi as a wedding coordinator! We hired her late in the game, and she was an absolute savior. She was so organized and thought of everything. This was incredibly helpful because there was a lot to wrangle. She took time to meet with us so that she could understand our wants and needs. She took charge of communicating with vendors and managed set up, personal, and tipping on our wedding day. This helped us not have to worry about any of this since she had it all under control. She worked with all of our crazy ideas and ensured that the day ran smoothly. This was not an easy wedding as we had to deliver everything to the venue for an outdoor wedding, and it monsoon rained during dinner. Heidi managed her staff and our helpers to make sure this did not ruin our day. Our wedding really was what we dreamed it would be and it is because of Heidi. She is pleasant to work with and very professional; this was the best money we spent on our big day.

Highly recommend Heidi and her team. She was so easy to work with and is very organized in the pre-planning process. Definitely hire her from day one or as soon as you read this review! We lucked into finding Heidi thanks to Joni at Cincinnati by Design (who created our daughter's wedding invitations). Heidi is very nice person and knows how to coordinate a lovely wedding!! One lovely touch was sprinkling rose petals on the newlywed's bed - how lovely! There was a mix up with the caterer (not the hotel, they were great) and so Heidi and her team stepped in to pour the champagne! Thank you Heidi!!!!

If I could give more than 5 stars I would, Heidi and her team were amazing to work with! Heidi is thoughtful and detailed, she helped plan and coordinate a large week-long work conference with fun evening events included, it was a crazy busy week but Heidi made it so everyone, including the internal organizers, could have an enjoyable and present time all week long! I would highly recommend Heidi for any future event needs!!!

We got engaged in January and we decided to have an August wedding even though I was in school full time and working. My mother-in-law found Heidi and she and her team are the reason that our day went so smoothly! I'm a planner by nature and never thought I would have a wedding planner, but I never would have been so relaxed if it wasn't for Heidi. If anything went wrong on our wedding day, I was never bothered with anything. Prior to the wedding, we met with her and she asked us questions I never even considered. She gave us a very detailed timeline and I was able to edit it and ask questions as they came up. I booked all of our vendors, but she made sure all the contracts were in order and contacted all the vendors to make sure that they were at the right place and took care of so many things. Heidi and her staff are true professionals that love their jobs and are amazing at what they do. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND HER!! If there is only one person you need at your wedding besides your spouse and officiant, it is Heidi!!
