My husband and I just had our wedding here on 3.15 and we couldn’t have asked for a more perfect place to celebrate! From start to finish, the venue exceeded all our expectations . From the moment we met with Mario, we felt confident that we made the right choice. The setting was breathtaking, with elegant décor and a romantic atmosphere that made our special day feel even more magical.

The staff was incredibly attentive, and went above and beyond to ensure every detail was just right. From the seamless coordination to the top-tier service, they made the entire planning process stress-free. Our guests are still raving about the gorgeous space, amazing food and smooth flow of the evening.

Il Tulipano is, hands down, the most beautiful & amazing venue. My husband and I recently had the pleasure of hosting our wedding here, and we couldn't be happier with our choice.
First and foremost, Michael deserves all the praise. From our initial inquiries to the final moments of our wedding, Michael was there every step of the way. We're especially grateful for Michael's flexibility and customization options that were offered. They accommodated every one of our request and executed everything with precision.
The venue itself was absolutely stunning. We chose to have our ceremony outside in the garden, and it was truly breathtaking. With colorful tulips and a gentle waterfall, it was the perfect setting for exchanging our vows. And let's talk about the food. The appetizers to the main courses, every dish was delicious. Our guests really enjoyed the food.
The day of our wedding was, nonetheless, perfect, thanks in large to the great service provided by Michael and his team. Our wedding day was everything we had hoped for and more, and we will forever remember it.

My sister had her son’s bride to be Henna Party there just the other night, 4/18/2024.. The place is truly a wonderful setting both inside as is their gorgeous setting outside!! I am so glad my sister picked this venue. We are of middle eastern decent and Mario was our contact person for the venue. Mario was exemplary in his attention to details of how my sister needed this affair to take place. They spoke a million times about the food, decor and music we would be bringing in.. And they worked with my sister and nephew to have this event go beautifully… AND IT DID… we had a superb time, from Mario to the wait staff all very attentive to needs of my sister and the guests. BRAVO IL TULIPANO for making our evening fabulous as guests and more importantly for my nephew and his bride to be👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻

We've celebrated at il Tulipano our last two work-place Christmas parties.

The place is very accommodating, they are able to run 2 events simultaneously, with amp space. Very beautiful and well organized holiday decorations at the lobby. Very professional crew and servants. The bartender is highly professional and was remembered for good. (Same one worked both events)
Food quality is great. There was much more variety in the previous party. But it could be the preference of our organization. The quality of food was great. Desserts were successful.
Valet parking is not the best service. Long waits due to minimal staff and many guests leaving around the same time. We found some minor damage a day after the event to 2 vehicles, but we can't prove it happened there. Moving on. If there is an option, next time, I will pass on allowing others to park my car.

Just returned to PA after my aunt's incredible wedding. Omg this place is amazing and I have never had such a wonderful time at a wedding ever. The staff was impeccable catered to our every whim and need!! The food was incredible lots of amazing choices. I highly recommend this place for any event you are hosting. You will not be sorry for one second. I'm so glad we attended coodos to the staff one more time.

I simply cannot say enough in praise of il Tulipano. In July 2024 we held our wedding, and we could not have asked or prayed for better than what we were given! We first met Chef Mario in early 2023 while we were researching venues and cost. We toured approximately 8 -10 venues, and we corresponded with several venues online. But our hearts and minds could not stop thinking about il Tulipano. We were in love with Chef Mario’s passion for what he does and infectious personality. This personality trickle down to his wonderful staff ! Joellen was so patient and kind throughout the entire process. Joellen remembered every detail from our first meeting and was very reassuring.❤️ Thank you Sunday for being my guardian angel on that day. Your guidance was a treasure! You were phenomenal! 🥰Mike thank you for creating our signature drinks they were soooo good! Mike was very accommodating and was the anchor of the ship! He is our guy!!! lol🥳 You all are truly the best! Not only was the venue a great price, but we felt honored to be a part of the il Tulipano family! We couldn’t have chosen a better venue for our wedding! The setting was stunning, the food incredibly delicious, and the team went above and beyond to ensure every detail was perfect! Our guest was blown away at how beautiful everything was. Chef Mario and all his staff never hesitated to provide guidance, help and support before and during our wedding. Appetizers were so good that they were mistaken for the dinner but were surpassed by the actual main entree. The dessert room was the showstopper! Staff that treated us like family–Joellen, Mike, and Sunday were unbeatable!--and the warmth of Chef Mario made all the difference in an event that shone from the top management down to everyone involved in making our day so special, memorable, and beautiful.

Translated from the Italian meaning tulip, Il Tulipano is a catering establishment for special occasions (wedding, christening, shower, anniversary) located in Cedar Grove. First timers here as my partner and I attended his office holiday party yesterday given by Royal Packaging. Upon arriving off of Pompton Ave., the outside area sparkled in its holiday colors, going into their valet parking. Once inside, stepping into their glass-enclosed entrance, a huge Christmas tree awaited us with views of the bar and 1st floor banquet room leading out to a breathtaking outdoor piazza for wedding ceremonies. The cocktail hour began with the staff walking around with the various plates of hor d'oeuvres. Followed by buffet-style hot and cold appetizers. For our main meal, there was a choice of chicken, beef, and salmon, accompanied by carrots and Brussels sprouts that were cooked to perfection and super fluffy mashed potatoes. All the food on our carefully selected menu is cooked to perfection, and we are still raving about it. The portion of meat was tremendous and fork tender. Each plate presented at our table was cared for as if it were the only dish ordered. To end the night, a dessert dish of mini samplers with the decorated Christmas tree was offered. Presentation is important to their kitchen. Bravo! I got a chance to meet the owner, Michael. Every single staff member worked like a fine-oiled machine, producing a high-quality experience. It was truly an unforgettable experience for us, and we can recommend this place.

My husband and I booked our wedding here in May of 2023 and we just married in December. We happily met Carlos for our initial appointment and we knew in mere moments that this was the venue for us. Wanting a "smaller" wedding (less than 150 people), he worked to build a package for us that fit our numbers - both within our budget and minimum guests. In the months that followed, Carlos and Joellen were beyond accommodating answering our questions and meeting us for appointments with our vendors. With no events booked the day before and the day after our wedding night, they let us set up our ceremony decor early (4 Christmas trees) and break them down the next morning. Leaving us to truly enjoy our whole night with no worries as the event came to an end. My guests and vendors raved about the delicious food, attentiveness of the staff and overall joyful and beautiful atmosphere. It was truly the best day of our lives. We can not thank il Tulipano and the entire staff that made our wedding so magical enough. Absolutely do not hesitate to visit this spectacular venue.
